Welcome to Tamarindo/Playa Langosta Beach, Costa Rica and Casa Roca. Casa Roca is an exclusive, luxury, six bedroom private home, located on Playa Langosta (Millionaire Mile), one of the most splendid stretches of wild beach in Costa Rica; just five minutes from Tamarindo. Casa Roca is a unique, custom designed estate home, designed and built by one of the most renowned, acclaimed architects in Costa Rica.

Casa Roca has 6 bedroom suites consisting of: 1) A private Casita with a king size bed and private bath, located inside the gated and guarded courtyard entrance. 2) An executive apartment with king size bed, private bath, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen counter with sink, located on the second floor, in the main entrance courtyard. 3-4) There are two guest bedrooms suites each located in the pool courtyard and overlooking the infinity pool and each open to the pool area. Each guest bedroom has a king size bed and private shower and dressing area. 5) An executive apartment with king size bed located on the interior of the home near the living room and kitchen. 6) The master bedroom suite is located downstairs of the pool courtyard and has a private patio/balcony with unobstructed views of the pristine, secluded beach and green area. The master bedroom has a desk space in addition to a king bed and private bath.

Casa Roca includes a large family room with internet and cable TV, located adjacent to the chef’s kitchen.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight and includes abundant storage, a large preparation area and it is fully equipped with a gas BBQ Grill and all modern appliances necessary to allow for total ease in cooking.

There is a large patio area located outside the kitchen/family room. The patio is located in the pool courtyard and includes outdoor furniture, an entertainment center, bar, ice maker and outdoor dining tables.

There is an elevated outdoor Cabana/Rancho located at the end of the infinity pool with swim up hot tub. The Cabana is equipped with a refrigerator, large serving table, and outdoor furniture, sink, bar, TV and ice maker. The Cabana overlooks the beach and green area.

All bedrooms as well as the family room and kitchen are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, TV’s with cable vision and internet service.

Casa Roca has a guarded security entrance to the entry courtyard and secure garage parking for 3 automobiles.

Casa Roca maintains a lush, Tropical environment with tropical plants and trees throughout the extensive landscaping.

A large wooden deck with a designer fire pit is located in the green area between the house and the beach for evening bond fires or star watching.

With over 7,500 square feet of livable area under roof and an expansive front and rear court yard, Casa Roca offers privacy as well as an intimate atmosphere for you and your guest.

Daily maid service, breakfast, laundry service, telephones, and security guards are provided. A stay at Casa Roca also includes complimentary access to the Langosta Beach Club!

Costa Rica excursions and vacation adventures including Golf, Canopy Adventures, White Water Rafting, Jungle Monkey Tours, Volcanos, Surfing and other Costa Rica attractions may be arranged upon request.

Annual family reunion. Had a great time that in a large part was due to the excellent staff taking care of us there. Our stay at Casa Roca was nothing short of exceptional. The home itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and even more impressive than the photos. Every detail of the property made our trip feel luxurious and relaxing. What truly elevated the experience was the service. Mauricio, our concierge, was outstanding from start to finish. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and effortlessly helped coordinate everything we needed from answering questions to arranging bookings and transportation. Having someone so knowledgeable and attentive made the entire trip seamless and stress-free. The in-home staff were equally amazing. Yohana and the young gentleman assisting her went above and beyond every single day. The house was kept immaculate; laundry was constantly taken care of (even personal items), and we never had to worry about a thing. Waking up to fresh, delicious breakfasts each morning was such a treat, and their willingness to come in early to accommodate our excursion schedule truly speaks to their dedication and kindness. This was easily one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Casa Roca offers not just a beautiful place to stay, but a level of hospitality that is rare to find. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

Amazing property

The house is amazing. The view is heaven. We came here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and the pictures dont do any justice for how beautiful this house is. I am big with bedrooms and mattresses. Except for one, all bedrooms are spacious. The mattresses are very comfortable and 4 of the 6 bedrooms are very dark. Some bathrooms are bigger than others but overall spacious. We had a few ants and one cute little crab in the room with the outdoor shower, but you are in Costa Rica. That wasnt a deal for us. Yohanna and Jesser are incredible hosts and very flexible and accommodating. Their service is superb and outstanding. Breakfast was good! For food - hire Family Kitchen and make a special request for Freddy and Diego. Do not try any other food vendor because you will be VERY disappointed. We hired RTL Cuisine for our special birthday celebration and that did not go well. However, Mauricio was diligent at obtaining adequate resolution for this issue.

Amazing Property and Venue

I've rented several luxury properties over the years and this is by far one of the best I've stayed at. We stayed at the house for several days but also used the property as a venue for our wedding and it was amazing as a venue. The concierge Andrea was amazing and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend this property as it is the best location in Playa Langosta. We will definitely be back.

Breathtaking

Casa Roca is in a class of its own! Stunning views, beautiful beaches, gorgeous sunsets, and an amazing staff! The house is well appointed and has everything you would ever need for a luxurious get a way. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the outside living areas are just phenomenal. Our group of 12 adults completely enjoyed our stay at Casa Roca. The rooms are luxurious - generously sized, unique bathrooms, very clean. Mauricio met us when we arrived to give a tour and explain the locks, security, etc. Mauricio had our golf carts waiting and ready when we arrived. We appreciated all of the assistance with excursions, reservations, recommendations. Mauricio really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The housekeeping staff, Joanna and Jesser were absolutely wonderful and prepared the best breakfast each morning and kept our rooms straightened up and towels clean! They were so kind and pleasant and were a pleasure to have around. They even accommodated an early morning wake up we had for an excursion so that we would have breakfast before we left. We enjoyed the covered sitting area next to the infinity hot tub the most, this is where we spent much of our time. The sunset views were stunning. We highly recommend a private bartender to make this experience at the house even better! The very best surprise were the howler monkeys that took their afternoon naps in our tree for 2 of our days - we had the best time watching the baby monkeys play and the others eat and sleep. This was totally unexpected and completely made the trip! We even saw several whales spouting off in the distance during sunset one evening. Casa Roca was a super short drive or walk from Tamarindo, but far enough away to not be part of the noise and crowds. The security guard outside each evening was very comforting as well, although we never felt as if the area was not safe. Highly recommend and would stay here in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Roca. Property manager, Andrea, helped arrange for transportation, excursions, private chef, and restaurant recommendations. The property is impressive beyond the photos. We took advantage of beach club access that comes with the property, which provided superior surf access. I recommend Eider as a private chef, everything he made was incredible! Having golf carts gave us easy access to Tamarindo. The property and experience exceeded expectations.

Absolutely Amazing

We were a family group of 12 ranging in ages from 14 to 75. Andrea was amazing arranging all of our activities/transportation in advance. We used Chef Eider and his wife Glinda for 4 of our dinners, and they were fantastic. The property and experience exceeded all of our expectations and unfortunately ruined us all for future vacations. I don't know that we could ever top this.

Spectacular!

Casa Roca is unbelievable. The photos are accurate but to experience it is even better. There are so many amazing details and the entire house is comfortable and inviting. We had a big, 3-generation family vacation and this was the perfect place. Starting with Andrea who attended to every detail to the wonderful staff at the house, our stay could not have been better. The house is convenient to everything, but honestly, we never wanted to leave this oasis! There are so many places to sit and relax all together yet still plenty of space to spread out. Our whole experience was perfect.

Amazing Villa

This villa was by far the best we have ever stayed at and the best in the area which has several along the beach. It's something you would see on the Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous! The setting was spectacular, gorgeous sunsets every night. The always pleasant staff were great keeping the place clean and safe. The rooms and amenities were top notch. I suggest having Chef Derek cook some dinners, his dishes are exceptional, reasonable and better than the local restaurants. Nothing beats dining in this amazing villa. Cocktails & appetizers in the gazebo watching the sunset!! I wish we had eaten there every night! Highly recommended for a family and/or friends group vacation, so much to do in the surrounding area and a blast just enjoying this place!

Paradise in Costa Rica

The best thing about this property is that it lived up to the hype. The location was ideal as it was just a few minutes into town by golf cart. It easily accommodated our group of ten and was spacious enough that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The staff at the house was exceptional. Aider, who is also a chef,prepared breakfast each morning. He also prepared one meal for us using fish we had caught the previous day, It was one of the best meals I have ever had! The rooms were all very spacious and the AC worked great in all of them. The best compliment I can give is that we would rebook it! David

Perfection for Total Relaxation

We were a family of 8 across three generations and we found Casa Roca to be the perfect spot for our family vacation. From the start Andrea was a pleasure to work with for all the planning and made certain that everything was on track all week. The villa team Eider and May were beyond amazing, we had the pleasure of them also cooking breakfast and lunch for us, a special treat and well worth the minor charge for the terrific meals and ease. They truly could not have been nicer or better! But the highlight was the amazing house we got to call home for a week. The pictures somehow did not do it justice. The comfort, architecture, view, layout, art work and location were all the highlights of the trip. We rent villas quite often and this one was extra special! A true pleasure on every level! Thank you for the privilege if staying here and sharing such a unique and special Property!

Casa Roca

Our stay at Casa Roca in Tamarindo was fantastic! Andrea as our contact point to help us set up all of our activities, meals and day-to-day needs was extremely helpful. She was very attentive in helping us our prepare for our trip and was able to address our needs even as they came up in real time! The staff at Casa Roca were kind and attentive. JoAnn is fabulous at making sure everything is neat and tidy and always made sure we had towels and everything we needed in our day day at the house. Eider as the house chef prepared a delicious local meal upon our arrival. Before arriving the only thing that would be more helpful is having a nice map of the area to better understand that a golf cart rental really addresses the need of getting you from the house to town and local restaurants and shops. Not to mention how fun it is driving a golf cart around and seeing monkeys in the trees in the morning!
