Villa Saraプライベート温水プールとビリヤード台のある贅沢でモダンなファミリーヴィラ

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed the pool and found our communication good. However, we feel it is important to clarify some of the comments made in your review. The pool cover was damaged during your stay and the damage was discovered while you were still at the villa. When we spoke to you about it, you initially denied any knowledge of the damage. Your explanation then changed to suggesting that the damage had been caused by the strong Lanzarote winds. We appreciate that Lanzarote can be very windy, but the cover had been in use without this problem before your stay. Had you informed us immediately that there was a problem, we could have dealt with it at the time. Instead, the damage was only discovered and raised when our management team came to clean the pool during your stay. We also discovered a broken lamp after you had left the property, which had not been reported to us. We would also like to correct the description of the villa as “quite dated”. We have owned the villa for just eight years and take great pride in maintaining and improving it. The outdoor furniture was replaced last year and both bathrooms were completely renovated to a high standard last year. Regarding the dishwasher, this was reported during your stay and we arranged for it to be repaired immediately. We are sorry that you experienced an issue with the main bed and appreciate that a creaking bed can be frustrating. We will certainly look into this. Finally, the early morning bin collection and the weather conditions in Lanzarote are unfortunately outside of our control. We always welcome genuine feedback and want our guests to have a fantastic experience. However, we also feel it is important to respond where comments give an inaccurate impression of the property or what occurred during the stay. We wish you well and hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Lanzarote.

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the villa’s cleanliness and outdoor space. We’re sorry you felt the area wasn’t as peaceful as expected. For clarity, the nearby school is generally very quiet, with only the bell heard at the start and end of the day. The rubbish and recycling are only briefly noisy on scheduled collection days. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future.

Hi Katie. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, we were in the process of purchasing new sunbeds when you stayed and hope it didn’t impact your holiday. We now have lovely new extra large beds with cushions and we would love to welcome you back at Villa sara

Hi Lisa, I am sorry that your stay at Villa Sara did not meet your expectations. However, it is clearly stated on the website that the villa is a 15-20 minute walk into town and the size of the pool 8m x 4m is also clearly stated. Most pools in villas here are 7m x 3m or can be smaller plunge pools, so ours is relatively large by comparison. The garden is extremely large and can make the pool appear smaller. In relation to the towels, they are standard size bath and hand towel as are the beach towels. If you had spoken to our management team, they could have tried to resolve this and sourced some bigger towels for you, they are very helpful and their numbers were on the information sheets you received. I am not sure why the bed sheet did not fit properly but our management team could have arranged for it to be replaced. In regards to the ants, Lanzarote is a tropical climate and you will get the odd tiny ant come into the villa from outside, especially if food or crumbs are dropped or left laying around. Again if you had called the management team they could have sorted this for you if you felt this was a problem. I hope this did not impact your holiday too much as we pride ourselves on how clean and well equipped we keep our villa for our guests Best Wishes Sara

we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Villa Sara. We have taken your comments on board and are in the process of installing some shelving/drawers in the main bedroom, the other bedroom already have them. Im sorry you couldn't access all the channels whilst you were there, our management team would have sorted this for you quite easily. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Best wishes Sara

Hi Markus, We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and have already rebooked for next year. In regards to the glasses, we are constantly replacing them due to breakages and it is not always possible the get the same ones to match. We have replaced the two frying pans that were slightly worn and all our saucepans are stainless steel so have no coating on them. We have also replaced the coffee machine that had developed a leak. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to welcoming you back in September 2026 Sara and David

Hi aurelie, I’m sorry if your holiday was impacted by these problems. We pride ourselves on having a home from home and strive to make sure that there is everything you would need in the villa for your stay. If there was anything we didn’t provide you could have called our management team who are always available and they would have tried to source it for you. In regards to the shower upstairs. This is brand new and was only installed in December. We have had no issues with any other guests so are not sure why you thought it was unusable, but as I said if you had made the management team aware they would have tried to solve the problem for you. I hope this wasn’t too much of a blight on your stay Best Wishes Sara and Dave
