My apartment is on the first floor by stairs and features a spacious living room with high ceilings, flat screen TV 39", two queen sofas (one pull up sofa: the bed option is recommended for children, adolescents and/or people with low weight), kids area and dining area. Central heating/cooling system. Ceiling fan.
Laundry are with washing machine, dryer machine, iron and ironing board.
Full kitchen with range with 4 burner stove, full-sized refrigerator, freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, complete set of dishes, glassware and cookware, microwave oven, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, mixer and toaster for your convenience.
Master bedrooom with king-size bed 2x2, flat screen TV 32", ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer, walk-in closet and safe deposit box.
Second bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed, flat screen TV 32", ceiling fan and walk-in closet.
Second large bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer.
We also have some special features for our small guests: pack ´n play, kid walker, booster seat, stroller and of course, our kid´s area with some toys and games for them.

The place was great for the 5 of us, however the double bed desperately needs replaced. The couple that slept on it described it as a trampoline - it was very springy with no support. Everything else about the property and our stay was absolutely wonderful

Perfect getaway

This place was very nice and quaint!! It had all the amenities for my 6 month old granddaughter. Would definitely recommend, and hopefully will stay there again!! The owner was very accommodating!!

Great location

This place is close to everything. We did have several issues while staying there how ever after contacting the owner they were all resolved. My only complaint was that no compensation was offered for our inconvenience.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay, condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable in a lovely gated community. It is on the second floor with a long set of stairs to get into the condo but that wasn’t an issue for us. Gabriela was a delight to deal with and her property is close to all the parks and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property is well maintained and had a beautiful pool area. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Great quiet location

The best feature was how close we were to many options including theme parks, celebration city, icon park, walking trails etc. yet our area was quiet and the pool did not feel crowded. This particular unit works best for one couple, or a family given the bed options. The host was yuck to respond to any ideations or needs.

Overall good stay , price was fair

We stayed one night , after a week at another resort. The unit was comfortable, however certain items could be updated , such a a new larger coffee maker, some pillow didn’t have pillow cases. Some stains on sofa, carpet, etc. The property that was a partner property did hav a nice pool, pool slide, bar and restaurant. The outdoor movie was great on a warm summer night.

No AC, musty smell and cockroaches

Soon as we walked into the apartment it had a very old, musty smell and was extremely hot. Checked the AC and it was at 78 but set to 66. Tried to contact the local hosts but neither of them answered. The main host is in Spain, so you have to wait for her. The AC filters were the wrong size and they were black and moldy. There were several old, dirty filters just laying next to the unit. Host said she’ll send someone out, but no one ever came out. She said someone named Miguel came while we were out, but the filters were still old and dirty, and the ac still not working, so that was a lie. I had to go and spend $100 on fans so my kids didn’t have to sleep sweating. Then we started noticing cockroaches on the wall and in the sink. After not getting anything resolved, the host told us she’ll reimburse us for ONE night, and to vacate the property by 10am. We were still charged a cleaning fee, so she can get HER cockroaches cleaned?! Unacceptable. All she kept saying was “sorry for the inconvenience!” I had to go and book a last minute hotel for another $250 for one night, while the host still got paid for our terrible experience. I highly recommend calling Calypso Cay resort and reserving through them right next door. Side note; if you’re going to be a host that doesn’t stay in the country you’re hosting, HAVE OTHER HOSTS WHO WILL ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. This area is perfect, but there are MUCH better options for just a little bit more money.

Nice quiet place to stay, daughter and wife were impressed. Close to the disney parks. Very well kept property. Owner was quick to respond.

Great property in a great location!

Very close to the theme parks. Multiple restaurants and shopping locations less than 3 miles from property. Access to a nice pool and the lake was nice as well. Highly recommend booking with Vrbo over staying in a hotel.

Peaceful, clean and easy access

This VRBO was nice, quiet and clean & cheaper than many of the hotel rooms in the area. The pool (which we only did in the morning as we had afternoon plans) was clean, big and quiet. Lots of chairs and umbrellas for shade. Our condo had all the right amenities and felt like home. We had a little trouble getting the TV to work in living and bedroom but after a quick message to owner, housekeeping called and help us set it up so we could unwind and relax. It is upstairs which wasn't a big deal for us. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful.

Beautiful property

Beautiful area took nice walks with family. Walmart about 5 minutes away. Very comfortable townhouse and parking was easy. Will definitely look to book again.

not expect this

First of all, the listing of this condo advertised the condo being on the first floor next to stairs. NO! The condo was at the top of a long flight of stairs. The following was found; the dishwasher was shut off due to a leak, we were not informed of this till we asked and there were no sink plugs to use for handwashing the dishes so we bought one, 2 teaspoons and 1 baby spoon for use, several of the coffee cups were cracked all the way thru the ceramic material, one dish towel, 2 trash bags for the kitchen and we were staying 2 weeks! batteries in the remote to one of the bedroom tv's had burst so we bought new ones, the sink faucet handle in the master bath was broken and falling off and the faucet itself had a hole in the one side of it, 3 wash cloths for 3 adults for 2 weeks, the ceiling vent in the living room looked as though water or condensation leaked all around the vent making the ceiling look really bad, the carpet in the living room was in need of being stretched as it was humped up several places, one of the bedroom lamps had no lightbulb. Gabriella was nice and did try to resolve some of the above, but we had to complain about it first. I was not expecting this as I have booked many times over the years with vrbo and never had this many things wrong. The grounds were well kept, but I would not return to this condo. Was not a very welcoming or inviting rental with all these seemingly "little" frustrations. I have never given a bad review in all my bookings with vrbo. SORRY!!

Great Townhouse

We were in Orlando for business so didn’t use the property other than a place to stay. Very clean accommodations and quiet community. Close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment/Disney.

My Experience…

When I show up there was unmade beds, trash everywhere, and Hairs and dirty dishes in the sinks and bathtubs. There was no clean towels so we had to buy laundry detergent to wash towels. There was also some kinda of pump thing outside our door that made it difficult for my children to pull their suitcases just to the door. Overall I was not pleased with my stay.

My only complaint is that there was just one garbage bag How can you expect 4 adults and 1 child to only need 1 SMALL garbage bag!! We were trying to find something to put garbage in to put in dumpster!!🤦🏽‍♀️
