Each apartment comes with 2 bedrooms ( 5 single beds), 1 bathroom, a living area with balcony and a kitchen.
In addition there is a shared roof terrace with showers and sunbeds to enjoy the Mediterranean weahter!

The apartments comes with the same equipment and furniture: WIFI, air conditioning/heating, wooden floors, TV, washing machine, iron+board, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, kitchenware, hair dryer...

The building is located at 10 minutes walking from Plaça Espanya and Fira Montjuic or las Ramblas and Old Town area.
The nearest metro station is Paralel (L2 - the purple line, and L3 - the green line).

Many supermarkets, tapas bars, fresh markets, bakeries, cafés, ATM's, shops and pharmacies in the area.

Great little place

We enjoyed this location close to two different Metro stops and walking distance from Montjuic park/paths/castle etc. The place was clean. It was tight with 5 of us. We wished it was more equipped for us to prepare meals for our two families (two apartments), but was certainly a good stay. We recommend this property and management group.

Great location and property

We were a group of nine family members (ranging in ages from 12-70 years old) who stayed for three nights before our cruise. I booked two apartments and paid a little more to have the apartments on the same floor which worked out perfectly and was worth the extra money. We took taxis from the airport and had no issues getting to the apartment. I already had the digital key app set up on my phone prior to our arrival (directions were emailed to me and were easy to follow). *note, if you book multiple apartments, you will access the digital keys using different email addresses that you provide. The apartments were very clean, as pictured, and the beds were comfortable. The AC and washing machines were a plus and made our stay even more pleasant. There is nice sized rooftop terrace with lounge chairs we enjoyed one afternoon (you just have to ignore all of the cigarette butts on the ground). There is a small market a few doors down from the apartment that was convenient to have. Location of the apartment was great and walking distance to many common areas of Barcelona. There is also a train station right around the corner. It did get very loud at night out on the street (which is no fault of the apartment). The day we departed; we took taxis to the cruise terminal which was a short drive away. The host was easy to get a hold of before and during our stay. All in all, we had a great stay in Barcelona and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our large group. We had two apartments with six people in each and couldn’t be more satisfied with the amount of space, cleanliness, and surrounding neighborhood. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the rooftop views were fantanstic.

We have stayed in 1 of the apartments and the flat was very clean and as pictured, the walk in shower had great water pressure which was nice after long days of walking everywhere! The location was perfect for our trip, we were close enough to walk almost everywhere, further attractions were only a few metro stops away. The staff were accommodating and quick at responding. Their flat was perfect for our quick stay in Barcelona!

Our stay was incredible at Philip's apartments. I traveled with 5 coworkers for a work remote week and we were extremely comfortable at the apartments (we stayed in 2 apartments so we get one bedroom per person). It was sparkling clean and in a great location, super close to public transportation. Comfortable beds, very quiet, close to lots of fun places. It was super easy to communicate with the staff. Amazing stay, would recommend to anyone.
