Awesome location at base of Breckenridge

Grand Timber Lodge is a spectacular ski-in, ski-out condo near the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado. This updated 2 BR suite sleeps 8 people comfortably. It includes a living room with a sleeper sofa and fireplace; dining room; full kitchen; balcony; washer/dryer; and indoor parking for two cars. Master BR has king bed and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub for 2! Second bedroom has studio features including a queen bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa, mini-kitchen, and full bathroom.

Gorgeous pool deck with heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.

This two bedroom, two bath unit provides plenty of space for two families or one extended family to enjoy the holidays together.

There is a Christy' ski shop on premises to rent and store skis and downtown Breckenridge is just a short shuttle from Grand Timber Lodge.

This is an awesome place to celebrate the holidays with family and friends!

If you are going with a bigger group, I have access to a second 2 bedroom unit. If you act soon, you can request the two units to be next to each other.

We loved our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was great and conveniently located. The on site staff at the condo offered exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Grand Timber Lodge is great!

This is our 2nd stay at the Grand Timber Lodge and we really enjoyed the property, amenities and location to the slopes. The ski out and ski back in are truly easy, once you get your bearings. The shuttle back and forth to town is also excellent, our teenagers used it several times to go hang out in Breck a few of the nights. Richard provided excellent communication and was a great VRBO host. Highly recommend this property for ski vacations!

Best Location EVER!

This is our second time to stay at the Grand Timber Lodge. The first time we visited the lodge was in the summer. We enjoyed our visit at that time, but a winter stay surpassed our greatest expectations. The resort is convenient to two lifts, so ski in ski out is a huge plus. Having a shuttle that just runs for Grand Timber Lodge only, is also a bonus. The amenities at the facility and the staff were top notch. We will definitely be back. This time we rented from Richard Laine and he was very helpful and available to answer any questions.

Breckenridge Perfection!!!

This unit and property was absolutely fantastic but most importantly Richard made the stay a unique nearly catered experience. We will definitely be back at GTL and will most definitely be staying with Richard.

Why they chose this property

There is no better town than Breckenridge and the skiing is awesome. With the opening of peak #6 a few years ago, the resort is even bigger and able to handle the crowds with ease. Since Grand Timber is so close to the mountain and town, it is perfect for large family gathers.

What makes this property unique

Grand Timber has several pools and hot tubs, both outside and inside. There is also a good restaurant, gym and spa on property
