New flooring, paint, dining room table, flat panel televisions, the works. We'll post photos presently.

Skiwatch offers underground garage parking, a newly refurbished interior and exterior, including a new and bigger deck off the living room, an elevator steps from your door, a sauna, a laundry room, exclusive ground floor ski storage, lounge areas, plus hot tubs overlooking the ski slopes!

Great location, great space!

This location was perfect for us. With walking access to peak 8 we took hikes, enjoyed the summer activities with kids, hopped on the gondola to go down to the main street. Our family of 4 had an abundance of space...we also enjoyed the dominoes and some of the movies on hand (Indian Jones!). The kitchen was perfect-we prefer to eat out as little as possible. Also the humidifiers on hand were great as we always get dry in Colorado. I would highly recommend the place and will likely be staying here again. Summer pricing was great!

Summer at Ski Watch

We stayed at the condo for ~7 days with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and one under 10; plenty of room for everyone and a great location.

The loft area is great for kids/teens, though it got pretty hot up there in the summer; we ended up getting a fan at Target, and that made it much better.

Top floor end unit meant no noise from above and a pretty quiet overall experience. We were surprised by how many barking dogs were in the area, but not an issue at night.

Location was very good for the summer (near the top gondola stop for trips into town) and would be fantastic in winter.

We ended up leaving a couple of days early due to the Peak 2 fire, and I have to say the local management and emergency services were great about making sure we got the evacuation notice and sharing info.

Would definitely stay here again!

Ski Watch 424 one of our favorites!!!

We have stayed at different Ski Watch Condo units the last 8 times that we have come skiing for spring break.

The previous owners that we rented from in the past retired and we were hesitant to try a new unit and new owner but Marc made our experience one of the very best we have ever had at Ski Watch!

We were there for 6 nights. We had 5 adult and 4 children and it fit us all perfectly.

The updates to the unit are great and it was super clean!

We go skiing every two years so we will definitely book with Marc and this unit 424 again in the future!

Immaculate condo, well-stocked kitchen to cook meals. Excellent location for skiing, quick walk to gondola to get to town. Marc, the owner, very accommodating and responds promptly to emails/questions.

We had 5 adults and were very comfortable in the space.

We plan to come back next year.

Ski Watch is ON the Claimjumper Run. Walk out the door, step into your skis and you're off. At day's end, you can ski to the hot tub. The nordic center is just down the road. Nearby you can enjoy a snowmobile tour, a sleigh ride dinner, ice skating, or dog sledding. The Town Recreation center offers swimming, tennis, climbing walls, spin classes, and more.
