Nice Place but Too Many Items didn't Work

We had a nice time at this place and the management company was very helpful but too many things were either broken or not working. For example, we got there and the Hot tub was not filled. We had to call the company and they said that they are short-staffed and are working on it. When someone came to fill the hot tub we thought it was ok. Until that night we noticed it wasn't on. So we called back again and when someone came back the next day, they told us that the circuit box was fried and has been for some time. WHY NOT FIX BEFORE WE GOT THERE?They gave us a 150 credit when it was way more expensive to purchase a place with a hot tub. Not great! Also, you couldn't use the oven and microwave at the same time because it would trip the breaker. And then eventually the microwave didn't work at all. We had 4 kids under the age of 6, and its a chore to heat up things without a microwave. Stay away from this place until they get things fixed!!!!!

Beautiful home

We rented this home as a last minute, quick memorial weekend getaway. The house is beautiful, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and 3 very nice bathrooms. Kids loved the hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet, there’s a dedicated area for you to take your dogs for bathroom trips.

Lovely Home

The house was beautiful and the location was great. There were a lot of amenities and the property management company is very responsive and helpful. Very comfortable with plenty of room. So close to everything. The neighborhood is not very dog friendly so I ended up going to the state park for walks - and yes I clean up after my little pup. Would absolutely stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

The house was well maintained and inviting. Only two small issues which can be easily corrected, one of which was the broken toilet seat on the top floor Our family of 8 had a great time overall

Beautiful and comfortable home

Decorated beautifully - furniture made it feel very inviting - very close to everything from groceries, wonderful restaurants to the wisp the ski area - close to the state parks - internet was great - the hot tub was amazing - reserved parking is awesome - very clean - keyless entry is a big bonus (no keys to lose) - house has everything you need - would stay again - Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Trailside tranquility

House was perfect for our stay! Loved the set up with and adult area on one level, and kids area upstairs. Would definitely rent it again!

Perfect for Us

The house is clean and roomy. Perfect for all our family to be together for a nice pre-4th if July celebration. We spent the majority of our time on the deck. Kitchen has everything you need for meals and grilling. We brought out 2 service dogs and were told there would be no pet fee for them. They charged us $100 each and have not refunded....so be aware if you have a service animal. That’s the only downside. Great property and close to many local restaurants and stores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was lovely and perfect for our needs. The house came with so many added features that truly made the trip even better. The hot tub was amazing to relax in, the board games and cards were a great added feature. Everything in this home was like new with the exception of the sofas in the living room which were still very comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We made it to swallow falls, Dutch’s (great food by the way) and the Honi Honi Bar. We will definitely be back again and hopefully soon. Thank you to the owners of the house for opening your doors and letting us stay. We had a great time.

The home was comfortable, clean and neat. We may have gotten a little loud at times (the homes are close together in this community) but hopefully the neighbors were good sports and overlooked it. The house was clean, beautiful....with all of the promised features and amenities. Location was a short drive from the lake and stores. Even though there were other houses within the cul de sac, we still felt like we had privacy. There were 2 minor unforeseen maintenance issues, but the folks at Taylor Made responded quickly when we called and all was fixed right away. The process of searching for properties on the website to booking online to the stay itself, was all customer friendly. My friends and I will definitely stay at another Taylor Made Property again!

Just a few glitches...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dishwasher wouldn't open all the way. Only one roll of toilet paper when we arrived, I realize we are to bring our own paper but having some in the downstairs bathroom for arrivals would have been nice. Also, I had to buy light bulbs for some of the lamps. Neighbor, who i guess is a permanent resident was NOT overly friendly and watched us obviously whenever we were outside.....creepy! He also took 1/2 of one of our spaces with his large boat and truck. After we arrived at the house we didn't have a key but the office quickly took care of that and I was pleased about the response.
