This 3 bed/2 bath coach home features a beautiful lake view from the lanai, high vaulted ceilings, and access to the two community pools in the Marbella subdivision in which the home is located and pay-per-play golf options at Spanish Wells. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar & dining. The master suite features a king-sized bed, separate jetted tub and shower, and a double vanity. Additional guest bedrooms are perfect for your family & guests, and the den has an office nook and sleeper sofa.

The community of Marbella at Spanish Wells is located just minutes to shopping and restaurants at Coconut Point Mall and it’s only two miles to beautiful, white sanded Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach!

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Spanish Wells Marbella are: $150.00 processing fee and $40 per person background check fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely condo was well-located, spacious, well-kept, and very clean! It was also fun to watch the wildlife in the pond from the lanai, including the occasional otters. It is also a short drive to the beach, and golfing is available on site.

The complex was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the airport. Our condo was clean and well equipped to meet all our needs. We had the opportunity to meet several friendly neighbors. We enjoyed taking both morning and evening walks throughout the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this rental.
