Great location, fantastic house with great amenities, perfect for our 2-family ski vacation. Especially with lousy March/April 2026 conditions, it was key to the success of our vacation that we had such a great place to stay.
The house was perfect for our group and had an amazing ambiance and amenities for entertaining. Spectacular views of the mountains and large windows with shade options really allowed us to enjoy surrounding scenery with comfort. Kitchen and dining room accommodated our entire group and the game room on the first floor was so much fun. We would definitely stay again in the future.
The beautiful home was a perfect set up for our 4 children and their families. The view was beautiful and the rooms comfortable. The home was well stocked. I cannot think of anything we did not like. We had a great week skiing. We hope to return again!
This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our extended family. Frisco proved to be an excellent location with so many options within a short drive. I couldn't ask for a better place for our family vacation.
We stayed here with friends and our adult children. The house has 360 views of the lake and the mountains. There wasn’t a bad view from anywhere. We took advantage of skiing all of Summit County. The house was a perfect location.
This home was amazing. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The home was in the perfect location with wonderful views each day. The owners were great to work with and answered any questions we had within minutes. Our family truly enjoyed our time at this home and can’t wait to go back!
This was our second year renting this house and it was another fantastic stay. Location is perfect to down town Frisco and centralized to all the ski resorts. First place we've stayed we haven't had to buy anything for the kitchen. We cooked every morning and most evenings. BEAUTIFUL views and you feel like you away from it all even though you are just a short drive to pretty much anything you want to do!
House was immaculate and very comfortably fit our family of 19. Proximity to main street Frisco, Breckinridge, Silverthorne and Copper Mountain was perfect. Our family enjoyed the River below the house and the neighborhood. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation.
Our family of 10 adults and 3 kids (1,5 and 7) were extremely happy with accomodations including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces and recreation areas. Hot tub was very nice, kitchen was fully equipped, clean and spacious for our large group. Only 10 minute walk or two minute drive to downtown Frisco that had good nice restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely stay here again.
Our family had such a great time. The house works so well for all ages. The kitchen area and outside patio was so roomy and workable. Well stocked, inviting, towels for the hot tub, bikes, high chair, infant bed and toys, game area My family was amazed at the comfort and setting. A short walk to the great little town of Frisco and the marina. It couldn't have been better.
Great house for family gatherings. Beautiful views, multiple living areas and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Convenient location for day trips and town amenities. Owners were very responsive. Impeccable design, comfort and function.
We stayed here for New Years and the following week. It was a great stay. House was great and was stocked better than any place we have ever stayed. Paula was great and was very prompt in getting with us when needed. Great time had by all and we are a very large family. Will stay again when we are in Colorado.
Perfect location, amazing views and every amenity! This home is wonderfully designed to make the most of every space. We came together here with our large families and made some great memories. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We would love to come back some day!
Spacious, clean, well-stocked house with beautiful mountain views that perfectly accommodated all 12 family members. Our family especially enjoyed spending time around the outdoor fireplace on the deck and the hot tub. While we appreciated being in walking distance to the marina and town of Frisco, it was also great to be a short drive to other towns and trail heads. The pictures don’t do the warmth of this house justice. Our only regret was that we had only one week at this beautiful home.
Very comfortable home, exceptional amenities. We also saw a moose, fox, birds, etc. in the yard. Location central to other fun communities, much good food nearby, easy to get around. Readily would return.
Our group was a family of 12 people from grandkids to grandparents.
Wonderful house with great amenities, we loved it. Very comfortable for a large group.
The house is amazing and has everything you could want.
Location is very special as it is a 10 minute walk to downtown Frisco, but the location is private with all the trees, making it feel remote.
Highly recommend!!
The house is beautiful and very spacious. We were two families with adult kids and there were 12 of us total. Everyone loved the games on the lower level. We also loved the kitchen table which fit us perfectly. The views were extraordinary and it is a short walk to Main Street. We also really appreciated the gorgeous Christmas tree. We had a lovely holiday week.
This house was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. We easily fit 6 adults and 6 teens and had plenty of room to spread out. The floor to ceiling windows were my favorite part of the house. Paula was also very quick to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
We were a large group and not one person found anything to complain about. House was fantastic and in a great location close to everything. It was the best stocked kitchen of any house we have ever stayed at! Beautiful views. Extras everywhere. You won't regret staying here! First house where everyone wants to return! Looking into booking for next year.

About the host
Hosted by Paula Woodward
We are a outdoor loving family of 5. We built this for our family to enjoy large gatherings together! We love skiing, biking, and being outdoors! This is a dream come true for us and we are excited to share it with a select group of renters.
Why they chose this property
This is special lot in the first subdivision in Summit County. We purchased this home in very poor condition -- kept some of the foundation -- but rebuilt the entire house and added the garage and atrium entry during an extensive remodel. We love the central location and being able to walk to town and connect to the bike trail right out the door!
What makes this property unique
The VIEWS in EVERY direction and the creek bordering the 2.5 acre property are what sold us on this property. We designed the house for use as our second home and for the luxury rental market. After renting to skiers for a decade at our first ski home, we know what you want and expect for a quality rental experience.
