Wonderful home with plenty of room for our 7 adult guests. Loved our stay and the Colorado outdoor summer fun. Enjoyed being in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood but still just a short walk to Breckenridge Main St. Highly recommend this property to others.

Everything was good. The only issue we had was every time we cooked something or even used the oven the fire alarm would go off with the exhaust on.

Annual ski trip

Great property for a large family or group! Management was super responsive to our questions. Easy drive to Breck, Vail and Copper for us. Great place to come back to and relax after a full day of skiing!

Majestic Mountain Getaway 🌄

Perfect home for family vacation

This house was perfect for family vacation with our adult children and grandchild! So much space, plenty of rooms, well stocked kitchen, very clean, beautiful views and great outdoor spaces. We finished every night around the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

This place hit it out of the park. Impeccably kept and apportioned home in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. Amenities were all there and most excellently located close to Main St. Views were outstanding, neighborhood trails were very handy. Stellar vacay at a stellar home.

Amazing house within walking distance to town

We loved having a bathroom for everyone. The teens appreciated being within walking distance to town for coffee shop runs. After a long day of activities, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The videos for how to use things were helpful.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this home in Colorado. We were a family of 14 people, including adults and children, and the house was absolutely perfect for celebrating the holidays together.The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it ideal for a large family gathering. The layout worked perfectly for our group, the common areas were great for sharing meals and special moments, and the house felt warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Christmas meals.The location and overall atmosphere made it a truly special holiday experience. Communication and support during our stay were excellent.We were extremely happy with everything and would definitely choose this home again.Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable Christmas stay in Colorado.

A Great Mountain Home

Excellent home with 5 beds/6 baths that was perfect for our annual friends trip. All rooms have their own bathroom, most en-suite. Lots of room for everyone with multiple decks, patios and outdoor space. The hot tub and fire pit were a perfect compliment. The kitchen is amazing for cooking for a large group. The only negative was the pool table as it was not level and the space around it was not adequate for playing.

What a week

Our group of 10 would return to 552 Corkscrew. Minutes from downtown Breckenridge and plenty of resorts close by, this property is perfectly located for your first time visit to CO or if you’ve been there 100 times. The home provides everything you need to relax and make dinner after a long day on the mountain. The staff was attentive and were quick to respond when needed. Thanks Summit!

Family Christmas vacation

This house accommodated our family of 14 perfectly. Four families with grandkids from 5 months to 13. The location was perfect. A quick 3 to 4 min drive to Main Street and to the gondola that goes to peak 8. We used the hot tub nightly even when temps were close to 0 without any problems. The views from the house were phenomenal. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Even sleds for the kids to use. We cooked most every night and the appliances all worked perfectly. Maybe a bigger ice dispenser for the amount of people we had would have been beneficial. All in all it is spectacular and we would love to stay here again if you make that trip again. Thank you so much for adding the beautiful Christmas tree and decor. It put us in the Christmas spirit. Summit Luxury Estates was top notch and we loved working with them. Communication was quick and easy when needed. We will be recommending this house to family and friends. A+
