La nostra casa torrente è in una bella strada alberata, vicino al centro di San Carlos. Viviamo nella casa principale sulla proprietà. E 'a 15 minuti a piedi dal Cal ferroviaria di San Carlos stazione- 20 minuti in auto per l'aeroporto SFO, a metà strada tra San Francisco e San Jose (15 minuti da Stanford). La casa è completamente arredata con lavatrice / asciugatrice, cucina completa, Wi-Fi, cavo e un camino a gas. C'è un balcone fuori la schiena e un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile sottostante. E 'sul Pulgas Creek che corre tutto l'anno.

Excellent stay at a beautiful property

We had a really relaxing stay. The place is so beautiful. The hosts were so nice, including lighting the firepit for us. Extremely clean, well laid out with anything you might need for a very lovely stay.

Charming and convenient

Creekside Casita is such a lovely find. Both the inside and outside spaces are thoughtfully appointed for a very comfortable stay, and the location is walkable to much of San Carlos. Looking forward to a return visit.

Quiet superb get away

Every thing you need and more. Not missing anything. Hosts are quick to answer and have wonderful happy friendly dogs. Easy to find and plenty of parking if driving. Home is perfectly furnished and plenty of yard seating areas was gas fire pit. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to rebook if in area again.

Peaceful Bay Area base

The creekside casita was a perfect base for our recent Bay Area trip. The house was comfortable and clean, and the grounds were stunning. Somehow, though we were close to peninsula thoroughfares, it felt like we were in the forest. My daughter and I both loved reading on the back chair, at peace amidst the trickling water feature and gorgeous giant trees.

The host house was fully stocked & Jean is the absolute best. She made our stay very comfortable & if i had any concerns or questions she addressed them in a timely manner. A for sure place to stay. The house is on a one way side street & very quiet. Restaurants & grocery store in a 5 min drive.

Fabulous House rental

The house is in a very nice neighborhood and was more than we expected. The online pictures are accurate but the area is stunning and secluded. The owners stay in the main house and controlled the outside lighting which we appreciated as we would come home later in the evening and it was adequate for the pathway leading to the house. Definitely recommend staying here as it is close to Sanfransico, Oakland and San Jose. Easy to find on GPS. Hosts are great and asked how we were enjoying our stay when we would see them. We really would recommend staying here and would rent it again if we were visiting again. Saved this on VRBO as a favourite to my profile.

Beauty and Tranquility in San Carlos, California

Sean and Jen have created Shangri-La in San Carlos, California. The Creekside Casita is in a glorious setting on their property. I needed a home-away-from-home to visit friends I hadn’t seen since before the pandemic. If you like having a deck outside your bedroom, relaxing in the lovely living room, preparing a simple meal in the modern kitchen, sitting in the patio near the fountain, getting occasional visits from their friendly and well-behaved Golden Retrievers... you too will love staying here. Shades and blinds on doors and windows provide privacy since the cottage is across the lawn from the main house and their outdoor entertainment area. Even though there was construction down the block, the beauty and tranquility of the cottage made up for the daytime noise. Looking forward to my next stay. Many thanks to Jen and Sean!

Beyond easy & comfortable

The cottage has more comforts than my own home. The bed, windows, lighting, floor space, bathroom supplies, and kitchen cookware were more than we needed and made the stay graceful easy & beyond comfortable!

a charming, peaceful oasis

This was a perfect location (centrally located among all of our friends and family spread out around the Bay), but we lucked out -- the cottage is amazing -- a true home away from home! And Sean and Jen are the most gracious and caring hosts.

We are centrally located between San Francisco and San Jose. Convenient access to public transit and walking distance to downtown San Carlos with lots of shops and restaurants. We love our tree lined street! A family of deer live across from us and the creek provides a soothing sound year round.

The Creek House is a separate structure in the backyard of the property. It is a one bedroom 640 square foot in-law unit. Guests enjoy a separate entrance on the side of the main house for private access. Great for a vacation, family visit, quiet workspace, or staycation and equally comfortable for a quick trip or a nice long visit. Cottage is surrounded by mature oak and redwood trees. We are located walking distance to town - you'll get the beauty of nature with the convenience of a bustling metropolitan area.
