Beautiful house 300 steps to the beach!

So I have absolutely no idea what would possess someone who hasn't even seen the property never mind stayed there to write a review?? However, I now need to respond so here goes. The property should not have been able to be booked at that time as I had it block because it was Thanksgiving and our family were staying there. By some computer error on another site its listed with your booking was accepted within 6 hours I noticed this and canceled it. The booking was made the DAY BEORE Thanksgiving so not much planning ahead on your part going on there and you request to arrive the same day!!! I have been charged $355 for this error which I am disputing. As I am required because you decided to write a review to rate you I've give you all one stars. I know nothing of your level of cleanliness or any of the other categories so cannot in good conscious give you a glowing review as I'm sure you cannot have given the house either you've never seen it. Moving forward I would strongly suggest considering better choices. Last minute decisions and reviewing properties you have never seen aren't working out well for you. Happy to remove this if you can figure out a way take yours down also but Ive no idea how to do that lol. Happy New Year
