Just a short walk (couple of blocks) from the centre of town and with backyard access to a park - great choice if you are wanting to visit Mudgee with a pet. Place is clean and tidy and hosts are super friendly and welcoming. I heartily recommend this stayz venue.

Very comfortable and quiet
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Located about four blocks from the Main Street made it very convenient for our stay. Also has the option of being pet friendly for small dogs - which we didn't use but good to know it's an option.

Have stayed here several times now, perfect location, nice and quiet and the hosts are great people to deal with. Lovely home with everything you need and always spotlessly clean.
We stayed for 3 nights. Loved the little villa. The only downside was the sewer smell in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in this little town house. It was in a nice quiet area with a beautiful park and equipment just out the back. The unit was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and parking right at the front door. Perfect for a short stay in Mudgee.

This is a great option if you are traveling with your fur-baby. It is a simple unit, but very comfortable and meticulously clean. Great location with direct park access for the dog and and an easy 10 minute walk to town. The owners are very helpful and left us a lovely bottle of local wine and treats at check in. A very good option if you are visiting Mudgee.
My sister and I loved our stay. The house is light-filled and open plan in the living, dining, kitchen. The bedrooms are a decent size (especially the master bedroom) and very comfortable. It's a quiet neighbourhood, bordered by a lovely park area. Very easy walk to the weekend craft makers market and not far from town. I'd definitely stay again.
We felt like we were at home. Beautiful place which is extremely well looked after and has everything you need plus the personal touches from Carolyn and Michael made it even more special. Brilliant location, close to everything and very quiet at night which we love. Just brilliant. Thanks so much for having us and we'd definitely like to stay here again.

It certainly was a challenging stay with you Catherine due to the lack of communication.
It’s winter in Mudgee and the lawns look terrible due the effect of the frosts and lack of grass.
It takes 15mins to walk the 9km to town, a very easy flat walk the whole way.
Not slowly renovating, yes it’s an older style kitchen but very functional and clean.
It’s unfortunate you have left such negative words for us here in your review. We felt that after the extra effort we went to for you to make up the second room due to you only confirming for one room as well as multiple evening phone calls because you couldn’t find our emails with all the information after you had booked another property but couldn’t stay there with your dog - which you didn’t tell us about either - our review was rather fair and accommodating of your confusions.
Your low review of our beautiful unit is so harsh we are quite taken aback.
Great place. Close to town. Owners very Communicative. Very clean. Dog friendly. Very private. A welcoming card with local wine and chocolate - very appreciated!
Only one downside to the property - there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom which permeated the house….

We’ve had some issues with the drains in our complex since the floods which can create an unwelcome odour in the bathroom, especially after rain.
Strata management are aware of the problem and they have engaged a plumber to fix the issue however it’s an expensive and extensive job so in the meantime there are some things could help:
- Run the hot tap in the laundry and in the bath for 5-10 mins to clear the drains.
- Keep the bathroom window open.
- Keep the bathroom door shut at all times.
- Try to air the unit as often as possible by opening windows and doors.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A lovely place to stay, peaceful and quiet, although some of the neighbours are a little undesirable,my partner worried for his car in the driveway a lot of the night,but it was ok. We think bigger towels should be offered now,but overall it was a pleasant stay,
Great that the furkid was allowed to stay too,good secure yard.
Would give a better rating,had we not been questioned about a matter that left us with a butter taste in our mouths, later.
We would have stayed there again,but not now.

Thanks Jacqueline, I'm sorry if us having to question you over breakages to our accommodation was not to your liking. As we did mention with phone calls damages were without doubt caused by you or one of your guests and failure to report them left us very disappointed, but as a gesture of good will we did not decide to seek damages. Puzzled also by your "undesirables" comment, never have we heard such rubbish before but as a electric garage door and garage is provided this seems strange maybe a touch paranoid. Thanks for choosing to stay with us, but with strange demands leading up to your stay, damage to our property that you caused and failed to report we simply could not recommend you as a guest or welcome you back. From first booking this property to finally leaving Carolyn and Michael have been exemplary hosts. They respondesquickly to any questions we had.
The property was wonderfully appointed and spotlessly clean. Light and airy throughout with a very comfortably bed the property is central enough to enable easy access to all that Mudgee has to offer. The shower was nice and powerful.
