Relax! Beautiful view beautifully furnished single level on the 4th fairway

Woodhaven Country Club is a 24 hour security gated community and has a gorgeous 18 hole par 70 golf course with a newly remodeled club house, pro shop, men and woman's locker room and a large dining room. Also included is an exercise room with up-dated workout equipment. There are eight tennis courts, which 4 are lighted. There are also four swimming pools all with Jacuzzi's. Our South facing condo on the 4th fairway has a very spacious floor plan and has been recently upgraded. The living room has a fireplace with a flat screen basic cable TV mounted above. The entire home is wired for WIFI. There is a spacious dining area with a table and chairs for 8. The open kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for easy living and entertainment. The guest bedroom is bright and welcoming. The second bath across the hall has double sinks, a shower/tub and the new washer/dryer. At the end of the hall is a luxurious master retreat with an en suite bathroom that offers classic comfort and privacy. There is great lighting over the double sinks and a large walk-in closet.

Very nice stay

I stayed in the condo for a month. The condo is very clean and is just as represented in the listing. It is in a quiet, gated community and communication with the owner was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Month’s Stay

The condo is very comfortable, clean & nicely decorated. The Woodhaven Country Club grounds are well maintained & include pools, hot tubs, an exercise facility, dining room, pro shop & of course, a beautiful golf course. It a safe & secure environment. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our 4th Visit to this Property

We stayed 3 years in a row, then didn't go for 2 years because of COVID, and then stayed from December 23rd 2022 through February 28th, 2023. Things were pretty much the same as the earlier years, and we recommend this property on the 4th fairway of Woodhaven Country Club golf course.

Only thing we didn't like was the weather!!

We absolutely loved our almost 3-month stay at this beautifully furnished condo on the 4th fairway at Woodhaven Country Club. Appliances, linens, kitchen items were all great; and no matter what we needed (with the exception of a wok), we found. Very nice selection of wine and cocktail glasses, and nice patio furniture, which unfortunately we didn't use all that much due to an unusually chilly/rainy/windy winter.

Wonderful condo and perfect location on the 4th fairway!

4 of us shared this beautiful condo for the last month and felt at home right away. The owners have thought of everything their guests might want, even down to cards for playing bridge. From the pictures, I'm sure you can see the decorator touch in furnishings that came with comfort in mind as well. The gas fireplace was a bonus we all enjoyed on chilly evenings. My husband is a great chef and he found the kitchen just perfect to work in. And I might add, we were delighted to find several spices and basic ingredients that we did not have to go out and buy. My favorite spot was the patio which was ideally situated on the 4th hole from where we could see golfers taking their second shot. In between golfers we enjoyed the birds and ducks who were drawn to the well stocked feeder by the neighbors next door. Loved the Woodhaven golf course and meals at the clubhouse. We would certainly recommend this condo.

We were very pleased with the property. It was very comfortable for my wife and I. The location is great and the programs offered by the community were also great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by. The overhead cover made the patio tolerable on even very hot days. We would go back

Great condo, great location

My wife and I recently spent 3 months in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Buster was a pleasure to deal with. Location on the 4th fairway gives a nice view of the golfers going by, but it is still safe to sit on the patio without worrying about getting hit by a ball. The unit has a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice size garage. Pool is conveniently located nearby. Golf course staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Woodhaven Golf & Country Club and this rental.

Beautiful Condo on the 4th Fairway

This condo is located in the lovely gated community of Woodhaven which is close to great shopping, restaurants and attractions. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for two, three or four people. The patio is great for relaxing or watching the many golfers pass by. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the living/dining area is ideal for watching TV or entertaining. The Woodhaven complex has an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, a gym, four pools, and a great restaurant. The owner called before our stay to tell us where the key, garage door opener and gate opener were located. He also called during our stay to see if all was well which we very much appreciated. We hope to return next year!

Excellent Condo

We stayed in this condo in April 2017 and enjoyed the stay very much. It is clean, well equipped, nicely decorated with newer furniture, and the Micos are excellent hosts. They left a bottle of wine for us, and checked by phone to see if all was well during our stay. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure we enjoyed the condo. The development is small and has pools on each corner of the square, a clubhouse/restaurant at the golf course. The gates are manned most of the time, but we had a clicker for the gate which allowed us in and out without having to wait in a line at the guard house. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable layout and great location.

We spent a comfortable 6 weeks in this unit and enjoyed the full wall of windows looking out on to the patio and the 4th fairway. We enjoyed the Golf Course and the themed dinners in the club house. The owner and landlord was a pleasure to deal with and returned our calls promptly. When a repair was needed, it was done promptly. Wood haven is in a great central location and we hope to stay here again.

Excellent HomeAway property!

We just completed a 3 week stay at Buster and Tinker's condo at Woodhaven in Palm Desert. The property was just as described in the listing and owner was very easy to deal with and provided a timely response to our questions and concerns. The condo is large, tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The propane BBQ is small but of high quality with even heating. We spent a lot of time on the deck and on hot days found the sun cover provided welcome shade. We played many games of bridge and "Mexican Train" on the deck and the location of the condo on the 4th fairway offered us plenty of opportunity to chat with golfers after they sliced their drive off the tee box!! Ideally located luxury condo right on the green!

My significant other and myself stayed here for a couple of weeks in late August, and we loved it! The temperature outside was over 100F, but we made the most of it inside this comfortable air-conditioned, luxurious condo. The condo has two large bedrooms and an enormous living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The unit is comfortably furnished: wood floors, large couches, oversized sitting chairs, and ottomans, as well as a large screen TV with cable and HBO. Along nearly the entire length of the south facing wall are sliding glass doors that look out onto a beautiful shaded terrace and beyond it the green of the golf course. Occasionally you can see golfers out on the course, although given the time of year we went, this was seldom. There are four swimming pools in the complex, and the nearest one is a two-minute walk. There is a Keurig machine in the kitchen, where I made coffee daily. There is also a laundry room that is fully equipped with washer/dryer, as well as detergent soap. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable, although somewhat tall. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is enormous. Plenty of fresh towels of different sizes were provided for us. The location of this condo is excellent: Ralph's grocery store, CVS pharmacy, and gas station are all one block over from the complex. Indian Wells Tennis court is a 6-minute drive and the boutique shops of El Paseo are only 12 minutes away. You will definitely need a car. All in all... highly recommended! We intend on going back.

We love tennis, golf and bridge and for those of you who play duplicate bridge, we are silver life masters.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting and enjoying the desert since the early 70's and we decided to purchase a 2nd home for our family and us to enjoy and maybe retire there some day.

What makes this property unique

The Woodhaven Country Club is centrally located in the Coachella Valley in the community of Palm Desert. We are only minutes from the famous Indian Wells Tennis Garden Center where the men's and woman's tennis professional's play in the BNP Paribas Open each March. The Coachella Valley Music Arts Festival holds two major music concerts in April and October. Both concerts are two weekends with some of the best names in music. You don't want to forget the Bob Hope Golf Classic which is held in January. We are so close to all the great restaurants and fabulous shopping at El Paseo Drive, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells and Palm Springs. For duplicate bridge players, there is a popular bridge club named Duncan Bridge Center nearby.
