We had a lovely stay in the Azzopardi's apartment. It is a great flat - clean and spacious. And Partick and Diane were wonderful hosts.

Fabulous stay

Patrick was amazing, the location was awesome a few steps from the pedestrian only town center, great terrace, comfy beds, all you could want apartement and Malta and its people were delightful.

Perfect Spot for Staying in Valletta

This two-bedroom apartment is among the best vacation rentals I've stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped including a washing machine. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Patrick and Diane are gracious hosts and very helpful.

Great location in Valetta Malta

Patrick and Diane were great hosts. They met us at the apartment and showed us the place. We were 2 parents and our adult child. We especially loved the roof deck!

We loved our hosts Patrick and Diane. They were like family. We were very comfortable in their Apt 19 for 8 nights. The location in Valletta was PERFECT! Close to everywhere we needed to go. They had everything possible that you would need for your stay! Gave great background history on Malta to the present day. Their rooftop garden was out of this world! Thanks again Patrick and Diane. Amazing Valletta apartment in a fantastic location

We were very impressed by both Patrick's apartment and his approach to customer service. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable and the roof top terrace offered lovely views of the Valletta harbour. The location is hard to beat for access to the City of Valletta and to the bus station, which we used for frequent trips outside the City. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Fabulous position in a wonderful city

Where you stay on a first visit to a city is hugely important. With his property you can't go wrong. It is within a stroll of the most important sites-- bars, shops and restaurants abound in the neighbourhood. As good, maybe even better, it has a stunning, spacious roof terrace with lovely views. Fabulous apartment, fabulous location!

Eight night stay at this gorgeous apartment was beyond our expectations. Patrick and Diane are phenomenal hosts who take great pride in their property. They have thought of every convenience. Glancing through their guestbook is a testament to the quality and care they deliver. Located in the heart of Valletta, steps from wonderful museums, too many excellent restaurants to list, and a fantastic public transportation system. We would definitely be one of Patrick and Dianes many repeat guests if only we resided in the EU, instead of the US!

Wow - Not sure you can do any better in Malta!

This place was fantastic for my wife and I (in our early 60s). Our first trip to Malta, and we cannot imagine there being a better location that this place - just block away from main drags of Merchants, St. Zachary, and Republic Streets - and minutes from main bus terminal and Upper Barrakka Gardens. Apartment as described - awesome main floor with comfortable bedroom with lots of storage and power outlets and traditional Maltese balcony - then walk on to den with great sofa and TV, then on to kitchen (well-stocked, with some food staples), and large bathroom just past that. Two-tiered terrace (one floor up on elevator) was really the ultimate selling point - just gorgeous views of Valletta and the harbor. And we cannot say enough about Patrick - he really bends over backwards for his guests! Cannot wait to go back.

Breathtaking, Fascinating Malta

Thank you Patrick and Diane for sharing your perfectly situated, lovely apartment with us for our brief but memorable visit to your beautiful and welcoming country. Thank you also for your excellent suggestions including historical background based on your local knowledge that helped us make the best of our short visit to your breathtaking and fascinating country. THANK YOU SO MUCH for talking us out of renting a car! We loved our Rolling Geeks tour of the Three Cities, our Hop on Hop off tours of both north and south Malta and so much more all the while feeling thankful that we did not have any stress from attempting to drive. Each night we sipped our cocktails on your beautiful rooftop deck while watching Valletta light up for the night and then we joined the music and laughter of the dining experience on most of the streets just a couple of blocks from our perfect home away from home. Nous sommes reçus comme des hôtes de marque dans un appartement propre, confortable et très soigné en décoration. Amazing Valetta host

Patrick is a very caring host and takes great pride in his home. He has a great story of being homeless to becoming a landlord. The terrace overlooking Valletta and the Grand Harbor is the highlight of the property along with the location.

Perfect location and apartment

Fantastic location, great owner, spotlessly clean and exactly what we were looking for. We were blessed with excellent weather and visited everything on our list. Valletta has masses to offer and it was novel to be away from home after so long, a very welcome break.

Great place today

The whole experience from start to finish with this booking was great. We initially booked to stay in Sept 2020 but had to postpone because of the pandemic. Patrick was most helpful and we were able to re-schedule for when we could travel. Patrick made arrangements for a taxi to collect us from the airport and was waiting on the doorstep of the property to welcome us and show us around. The apartment is very well equipped and couldn't of asked for more, there was even a little welcome package of basics to get us started. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable bed and good shower. The roof terraces were beautiful and well furnished with great views over the Grand Harbour. The location of the apartment is perfect with easy access to the restaurants and shops but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We only had to contact Patrick once during the week to help us book our antigen tests before flying home and he responded immediately and sorted it out for us. It was very reassuring knowing that he was there if we needed anything. Overall we had a lovely holiday and couldn't recommend staying here enough, we will definitely being returning.

Perfect Apartment. Perfect Location.

It would be difficult to find a better location in Valetta. The apartment is fantastic with amazing views from the roof terrace. Patrick could not have been more accomodating. Highly recommended.

Idéal à La Vallette... donc idéal pour Malte !

L'immeuble comprend 3 appartements calés sur le même modèle et qui se partagent la (super !) terrasse. Accès hyper sécurisé par ascenseur et carte clé, système très bien pensé. Equipement parfait, propreté impeccable, grands espaces à vivre, je recommande vivement. L'avantage NUMERO 1 est l'emplacement super central dans La Vallette, qui est tellement plus agréable que ses voisines St-Julian / Sliema... pour vivre... et pour rayonner dans toute l'île ! L'accueil de Patrick est juste parfait :-)

Super location

Central location within easy walking of all main sights and bus station. Comfortable apartment, well maintained and equipped. Highlight is the roof terrace with seating and sunbeds. Patrick, the owner, is a considerate and concerned host, flexible on check-in and checkout, living close by in case of need. Home from Home.

The whole process of booking Patrick's apartment was made easy due to his friendly and relaxed attitude. Nothing was a problem for him and paying the final balance when we arrived simplified the whole procedure. The apartment was shown to us and we were made aware of all we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. Everything you needed was there and the position in Valletta couldn't be bettered. A stroll away from attractions and restaurants and without the noise that comes from a busy city. Although we didn't need to contact Patrick, it was a comfort knowing he was just a phone call away. I could not recommend this apartment [ or owner!] too highly. The building has been brought up to date in many ways, not least the lift, and we spent many an hour up on the roof terrace admiring the beautiful views or just reading our books with a drink, or two. Our whole visit experience was enhanced by staying here. Thanks Patrick.

Great location

Patrick was a charming host. He was meticulous, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. Patrick very kindly provided a welcome pack and even a bottle of wine but it would have been nice if the apartment had had a coffee machine! The sun terraces are a bonus but unfortunately lose the sun in the afternoon. Dimitre’s restaurant opposite is really good and very handy! Loved Valletta and The Three Cities but Sliema and Marsaxlokk were awful - steer clear. If I ever go back to Malta this would be an ideal place to stay.

Perfect location

Perfect location for a visit to Malta. High quality apartment. The host Patrick is very attentive.

As a Valletta resident I have always had a great admiration and love for our little Capital city. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years managing some of the city's most prestigious properties, I have quickly gained a reputation among my guests as the Walking Talking WIKI of Valletta. Very good location as it is very central close to all city attractions. The area is very quite and clean.Very glad that i own this beautiful block of apartments. The Views of the grand harbor from the roof terrace are speechless.The apartments are situated on the upper part of the city and 5 minutes by walk from the main bus terminal

Valletta Apartments 19 is with high ceilings,very bright and fully complete apartment which in our opinion we believe that our clients deserve the best.Dedication, care and effort that we spent to give to our clients a home from home.We are really satisfied with the final results of the apartment.Also a Maltese traditional wooden balcony in the main bedroom looking in st Paul street is another space to enjoy and appreciate from the upper part of St Paul street the old buildings of the city.Complimenting this apartment there is an elevator in the block that leads to the roof terrace.The terrace views are speechless of the grand harbor from the shared roof garden areas full of plants and many furniture . One can relax while on holiday and enjoy living in a very peaceful block and also in a historical city.The block consists of only 3 apartments.
