Top Floor with a private balcony overlooking spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of St. Barths. Enjoy beautiful sunrise! Mainsail top floor unit with most modern accessories. King size bed, full kitchen and bath, pool towels provided. Full fitness room on resort. Activities on site with prizes to be won! You can enjoy both, an award winning Infinity pool and the beautiful Dawn Beach, which has a private entrance from the resort. Security always on site and a gated entrance provides excellent security. Enjoy island excursions and Marina. Restaurants, bar and convenience store in walking distance. Resort is a half mile off Dutch-French border on the Dutch side. This is the only island shared by two countries, two cultures to enjoy.

Excellent resort as always

We had such a great time on our last minute decision to visit st. Martin for another getaway. The owners were great in getting everything set up so that we could use this incredible one bedroom Studio overlooking the ocean. The resort is very clean and all the staff are always very pleasant and professional. This Resort is very clean and has a large selection of amenities. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!
