The home was spacious and clean with plenty of room for a family get together. The location was great with a short walk or cart ride to eats, beach, etc. The host made it easy and answered questions quickly. Great stay and great memories!

Regarding the refrigerator, we understand how frustrating food loss can be and regret that the repair took longer than expected. As for the plumbing, please know that we took your reports seriously and had multiple tradesmen on-site to address the noise immediately. While they were able to diagnose the issue, you are correct that it requires a more extensive structural repair that could not be completed while the home was occupied. We are currently working on a permanent solution to ensure this doesn't happen for future guests. We also understand your frustration with the shared pool/hot tub heating system and your specific suggestions regarding exterior lighting and a dining room rug to mitigate noise. We have addressed the lighting and the non-working bathroom vents immediately. Your valuable suggestions regarding the heating system and the dining area are being passed along to the owner for future maintenance planning. Thank you so much for your review. Very happy that you had a great time. I’m not sure on terms of the lighting or a toilet seat having an issue. If that were the case we certainly would have had Maintenace on that right away. We also provide beach towels for each guest as a courtesy. Many agencies either don’t provide them or make them an extra charge, however, we want our guests to have the best time as possible and not worry about those items. We do understand you may have to place them in the dryer from time to time, but we are trying our best to provide a great home for all of our guests to enjoy.
