Private bathroom and bedroom with a King size bed. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac. In a quiet neighborhood 11 miles from sky harbor airport and Phoenix Zoo. Only 6 miles from Scottsdale nightlife. 2 miles from A’s Stadium, 6 miles from Cub's stadium and 8 miles from Giants stadium for spring training. 2 Vehicle parking spaces. This space was newly remodeled with brand new everything!! Sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen sofa and 1 folding rollaway bed). 2 big screen TVs with YouTube TV (ESPN and local channels), Netflix, Amazon prime And Disney+. Your own WiFi and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals and feel like your home away from home!

Easily the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed at! Communication was fantastic and everything was of high quality and well maintained. Great bed and shower pressure. We had everything you could want to cook meals, and the streaming channels were much appreciated! I wish we could give it six stars. Thank you!

Everything about this place is amazing! I loved all the little extras that made it feel like home! The goats were a blast to go out and play with, and I loved the chicken. She is friendly.

Fantastic and clean space. Loved the yard. Easy check in and out with a private driveway and pathway to the door. Made my late arrival beyond easy. Anything and everything I could have needed was available in house already. Will definitely return.

Amazing stay

Everything about this stay was great. It was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts responded quickly when I had questions and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. If I'm visiting AZ again I'll definitely be renting here. Having the goats, pickle ball, and fresh fruit trees was a bonus!

Great spot with better hosts!

The property was perfect for what we needed. Property was clean, and comfortable. The hosts were the highlight they were very accommodating, they were also very responsive with regards to communication. Check in and check was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again

Private, spotlessly clean, very comfortable supportive king bed, fenced in back yard, on a dead-end street. Enjoyed seeing the horses and other animals including the miniature goats in their backyard pen. Maybe one has a baby by now?Owner was quick to respond. Easy check in to a private entrance for the VRBO. Really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was very well stocked and we got full use of it.Close to so many parks, trails etc. ... maximum distance about 20 minutes away. Amazing parks right in the not too distant area...great walking paths and wildlife at the Riparian Preserve and Water Ranch and at the Oasis Veterans Park with nice bathrooms. Also enjoyed Usery Mountain Park and the very nice Merkle trail there ... easy to walk and nice bathrooms.Lots of great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The hosts are amazing! Communication was great. The goats and roosters were a fun experience too. We would definitely go back!

Quick Trip

Property and Property manager were wonderful. Neighborhood was quiet and out of the way. The home is certainly much nicer than the location but well worth the money. We would certainly stay again.

Clean and Nice

This property was in the perfect location for us to visit friends and family in the Mesa area. The neighborhood was safe and the unit was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Everything and more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was immaculate and comfortable with plenty of closet storage in a quiet and safe location of town. The owners are very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We look forward to staying in their vrbo next year when we come to visit family. Thank you!!

Clean and modern space with everything you need

Very nice, clean and updated space that had all the amenities we needed. Home is a mother-in-law type unit with your own private access, small patio, your own parking space and is also on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Bonus that they had washer and dryer. Very nice, comfortable space and would definitely stay again if we come back to the Phoenix area!

Great place

This was really clean, nice & quiet. It was near our friends we were visiting. We only had cereal for breakfast & then left for all day so we didn’t use the dishwasher or stove. We also didn’t use the laundry. We will definitely stay again & hopefully for a longer time.

Loved!

It was home away from home. Actually better. I wanted to stay. Lol very cute with everything we needed and then some. So comfortable and loved the decor. Goats in the way back I could see from the window Definitely stay again when we come to town to see family. Plenty of room for for more than just us. 5+ stars

Wonderful experience

Quiet and unique property!!! Loved the animals and the fruit trees. Owners Alvin & Jessica went above and beyond our expectations. Their help was really appreciated!!!! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay in Mesa/ Phoenix!!! We loved it!!! We shall be back!!!

Spring Training

Every about the location & property was perfect. House was clean and well appointed. So great picking our grapefruit, lemons and oranges from the trees on the property. Jessica and Alvin were considerate and thoughtful hosts. Going above and beyond responding to our questions and needs. Only request would be to add a small dresser with drawers in the closet to accommodate folded clothing. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Annie & Leslie
