NOTE: We decided as a couple that we don't bargain on the price for our rental, because it just takes too much time and is too stressful. As you can see, we have adjusted our prices based on seasonal demand, and it's always worked out for us.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING NOTE: The Town of Frisco is implementing a new tax, of 2.5%, which will go into effect for arrivals of June 1, 2022, and later. This new charge could show up as an additional item on your credit card after that date.

Family Reunion trip in Frisco

The condo worked exceedingly well for our group attending a family reunion in Frisco. Our group included a 98-year old and a 90-year old, and due to the elevator they were able to fully participate in activities in and out of the condo. Enjoying breakfast to the view of the mountains was splendid!

Great location and spacious condo

With a mix of skiers and non-skiers, the condo was perfect. It's just off main street with access to shops and restaurants. The ski bus for either Breckenridge or Copper Mountain is a short walk and runs every hour. There's a private garage for your vehicle(s) with plenty of room to store skis, ski boots and all your other outdoor items. There's even a 4 stage boot drier with a timer to make sure your boots are nice and dry for the next time out. The private elevator makes it easy to get your luggage/bags up to the condo. The condo is very spacious and clean. The open kitchen, family room and dinette area make it easy to have the whole family gathered at the same time. The views from the windows make you feel like you're outdoors. The beds are super comfy, the steam shower was a welcome sight after a cold day skiing and the kitchen was well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Frisco location, spacious and light

We stayed 5 nights and had a fantastic vacation. The location is unbeatable - half a block from the heart of Main St. in Frisco. It's a high-end property that feels like you're borrowing a friend's condo. The sunset views can't be beat and the amount of natural light in the unit was unexpected. We had more than enough space (and knew we would) but liked the layout (two masters in the "main" part of the condo on opposite sides) and two guest bedrooms rooms separated from the main space by a small den/media room. The only negative experience we had was that it appeared that someone had been in the unit between the time the cleaners from the previous renters were there and when we got there (a couple of dirty wine glasses and other dishes in the sink, trash still in kitchen garbage can); however, both the property management company and owner responded promptly and appropriately to the concern and made sure everything was right. Overall, would absolutely recommend this property - would work well for a larger family needing 4 bedrooms or even two small families where everyone would have enough space. The west-facing patio was spacious enough (kind of wish there was more exterior casual seating, but again, that's a small nit) and where we spent a lot of time. I've been to Frisco/Summit County most years in my life and have stayed in a couple dozen different properties - for the space, location, and quality of unit, I think this place would be tough to beat.

Wonderful location and property

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and several hiking trails. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed eating in as well. Highly recommend!

July family vacation

I highly recommend this condo for your next family vacation. It has every thing we needed-great views, close to bars and restaurants, wonderful kitchen, private garage, soft beds and a personal elevator to boot! The only caution I would say is that there is no air conditioning and we had a few unseasonably warm evenings. There are plenty of fans supplied and we kept well hydrated.

Family Vacation in Frisco

Condos Off Main Unit #1 It is a beautiful condo with awesome views! However, there is no privacy at all! My daughter showered in the dark to not be seen. The listing said there were two queen beds but there was only one. The Murphy bed was a full size not a Queen. We had three married couples with us so one of them split and one slept in the bed and the other in a bunk. It was very hot even though the temps outside only got to 80 one day while we were there. We would leave the windows open overnight to cool the condo down. Wake up to 60 degrees and by afternoon, even with windows open, it would be 78 to 80 inside the condo. We used every fan available in the condo. Another big disappointment was the “biggest deck in Frisco” as advertised in the listing had zero furniture on it! Listing showed a table and six chairs for dining, a couch, a fire pit and three more “cubes” to sit on. We were looking forward to having dinners out there but there wasn’t even a chair to sit in! Part of the furniture in the advertisement was on the deck off of the master bedroom. The couch was there with no cushions and a tiny table with two chairs and then the two chaise lounge chairs with no cushions except for a nasty looking black one I assume another guest must have put there. It was a beautiful condo and with privacy blinds/curtains and the furniture back on the patio it could be great! We loved all of the dog books and posters and loved being half a block off Main Street. Six of our party stayed in this unit and six stayed in another unit in the same building. The other unit had a beautiful balcony in the shade with nice furniture, two kitchens and two family rooms! The condo we stayed in allows ten people but only has seating in living room for five people. Two chairs and one smaller sofa. The belfry was beautiful but the sun poured in and heated up the unit! I am sure it is beautiful in the winter watching the snow fall but not good in the summer with no air conditioning. Check in was very easy, the garage was nice but very tight. We were in my husband’s GMC Sierra Truck. We managed to back it in but it took some patience. Then opening the doors to get out was hard. The elevator was great but tiny. The kitchen was very well equipped but there was no empty space anywhere to put our groceries that did not need to be refrigerated. We just kept everything out on the counter all week.

Wonderful place!

This place was incredible. Perfect for two families! We skied in Vail, but the drive from Frisco to Vail wasn't bad at all. The home was beautiful, comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and we'd love to stay there again. Also, Frisco was a cool little town!

Perfect Apres Ski Escape

This place was perfect for our group! The open kitchen was perfect for our group meals every night and the hot tub provided an excellent relaxing soak after a day on the slopes! The rooms, beds, and showers were so comfortable and luxurious! The location is great and allowed us easily ski at different resorts each day and really get to know the area! Finally, I am SO thankful for the elevator since one of our group broke her leg on day 2 of skiing and we would have had to fireman carry her if it wasn't there!

Amazing experience

This Frisco penthouse was everything our group could have wished for. The kitchen was well equipped and the furinture was high quality. The hot tub was a wonderful area to unwind after a day on the mountain. Absolutely beautiful penthouse, we will definitely return in the future. I only wish the rooms had black out curtains/blinds to pull during the night so we were able to have privacy. Overall, this is an amazing property. Thank you for the great trip!

Great property overall for group of six adults. Only minor issues- couldn’t get the temperature to regulate well, the ice maker didn’t work and the switch for the fireplace in the owner’s suite was hit and miss to get it to work. Easy walking distance to good restaurants.

Great Location! FYI summer renters NO A/C!

This property is TOP NOTCH! Beautifully decorated, well appointed, plenty of room, location is perfect, and an elevator to help get your luggage up to the third floor! The electronic entry was nice, no having to keep up with a key! We made use of the large deck and hot tub in the evenings. We would stay again in a heartbeat, but not in the sumner! The only negative thing about our stay was having no A/C. We opened every window and used ALL the fans...but we couldn’t get it below 77 inside! During the day/early evening it was not comfortable inside. This has never been an issue for us in CO before? This was compounded by the construction noise from across the street that started at 7am, and went until after 6pm! Totally not owners fault, but super annoying, and definitely not relaxing! BTW my daughters liked the window panels in the bedroom so much we came home and found them! Yay!

Very nice home in a great location!

The condo/home was exactly as described. The owner clearly put effort into decorating and definitely spent extra money to supply the condo with nice things (you can buy a $50 trash can, or you can buy a $200 SimpleHuman trash can...they’re the type of owners that went with the $200 trash can). Location is excellent it’s a short drive to all the mountains and you’re 10 steps away from Frisco’s main street. Check-in/out was simple. Hot tub is on an oversized deck with great views and perfect after a day on the slopes. The fireplaces were nice to relax by. The owner was very quick to respond when I had a quick question. The garage is oversized it’s literally like 40+ feet deep we rented a 12 person van and were able to fit it and could have put another car in with it no problem. Our group has been renting a mountain condo every year for the past 10+ years during ski season and pretty sure this one might have been our favorite. Kind of impossible to be disappointed with this condo, I’d highly recommend it and will look to stay here again next time we come out for sure! Thank you!

Spring Break Paradise

We loved our stay in this modern and cozy penthouse! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. The master on one end, the second master on the other end of the common space and a corridor with two bedrooms, game room and laundry. I loved watching the bustle on Main Street from the living room window. Frisco the town is storybook! The view and peace here was hard to leave!

Great find!

We rented the penthouse for a long weekend getaway in the mountains for two couples. This place was amazing....far more space than we needed, but priced attractively enough to justify it anyway. Nice finishes inside, tons of space, beautiful views with many windows, gas fireplaces in all the right places, and super convenient access via the private garage and elevator. The location is a short walk to nearby restaurants, breweries, etc...., even on a cold night. Frisco hasn't quite developed to Breckenridge's level yet, but it is well on its way (especially with Lake Dillon/Frisco marina beach right down the street, for summer), and this penthouse was ideally located to benefit from that. Decorations also added a neat ambience after we realized the celebrity owners were a Hollywood actress and a New York Times best selling author. Thanks for sharing your penthouse with us! Our wives loved it.

Top rate place to stay with fantastic location along the ski resorts!

Stayed here over New Years with our 4 adult children and this place was perfect. Had secure parking in a parking garage that even fit our huge rental Suburban, with easily elevator access right into the kitchen, lots of comfortable beds and sitting areas, amazing views, and just a really fantastic place to stay! The pictures on line really don't do it justice. Truly appreciated having everything that we needed to stay here for several days without getting just starting supplies. Frisco is just the right location if you are visiting the area and felt very safe. Would highly recommend this penthouse with all of it's charm!

Great location and place

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with our kids and their grandparents, so everyone could experience a little vacation in light of Covid. With the location being so close to Main, we were able to walk and kids scooter to our favorite spots. The condo had a great layout for families.

We are authors and filmmakers who have always wanted a home in Frisco, CO. We've vacationed there in the winter for skiing and the summer for mountain biking and hiking. This place is our dream home.

Why they chose this property

We are prejudiced, of course, but we truly believe that this is the most fabulous condo in all of Frisco. The views, location, and layout are simply wonderful.

On the one hand, you could throw a snowball and hit Main Street if you're, say, Payton Manning. (Most of us could get half way there.) On the other, you can turn and look the other way and drink in the amazing views and profound silence of the mountains.

We purchased this home when it was a strip of dirt, literally picking the best condo out of a new development that then took several years to construct. We were given the opportunity to pick finishes and stonework and paints and flooring and we employed professional designers to assist us in our goal of making this a truly unique mountain home.

What makes this property unique

Having lugged suitcases and ski equipment up flights of stairs in the high altitudes, we love the private, garage-to-penthouse elevator, a convenience that even residents of the mile-high city of Denver can appreciate!

We took care to make everything from the bedding to the cookware match the penthouse experience. We love to cook and have been frustrated by thin, dull knives; small, stained cutting boards; and inadequate dishwashers. So our knives are top of the line, our dishes and wine glasses brand new, our kitchen roomy and filled with top flight appliances.
