RECENT UPDATE - 2017: This condo now has new living room furniture including sectional couch, chairs and TV as shown in our updated pictures. There is also a new dining table/chairs and bar stools and new mattresses in the two queen beds on the main level.

Enjoy the comforts of home in this 1800+ square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-level town home in historic Frisco. You'll definitely know that you're not at home, though, when you see the beautiful Ten-Mile mountain range from your condo!

This home is equal to 4 hotel rooms, and also has a kitchen, free WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer and a wood-burning fireplace. This is an unreal deal (but it's real) for 10 people, and actually a great deal for just 2 people!

This Peak One town home is located 2 blocks south of Frisco's famous and historic Main Street. And 2 blocks to the north are popular hiking trailheads including Mount Royal, Mt. Victoria, Peak One, Rainbow Lake, Miner's Creek and more.

Both upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed with new mattresses in 2017, and private bathroom. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is the kids' favorite, with 4 twin bunks.

The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace and cable TV with DVD/VCR. You'll have a supply of firewood, so you can enjoy a cozy fire on chilly evenings if you wish.

You'll find plenty of free parking just outside the front door, but take advantage of Summit County's free bus - The Summit Stage. It picks you steps away on Main Street and goes to all the resorts. Totally free to you, and runs every half hour from 6am - 2am, 7 days a week.

We understand the special needs of families and are happy that this condo has a separate 'hang-out' area in the the lower level, which is perfect for kids.

This large, fully-furnished home offers free Wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen - with blender, toaster, waffle-maker, coffee maker, tea pot, and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer, books and games, wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, and glorious views of the Ten Mile range. Downstairs there is a kitchenette with wet bar, table with chairs and a TV. Use the gas grill on the deck for easy meals, or walk to Main Street and find a variety of restaurants.

Frisco is right in the middle of Summit County - Colorado's beautiful playground. Copper Mountain is less than 10 minutes away. Breck is 15 minutes, Keystone is 20 minutes, A-Basin is 30 minutes and Loveland is 40 minutes. Less than an hour away from it all!

Copper Mountain is known as Frisco's mountain, and Copper has long been known as 'THE skiers/riders Mountain.' With over 20 lifts and 2433 acres the mountain artfully blends terrain for the most advanced skiers and boarders. Rather than mixing the beginner skiers area with the more advance terrain, Copper has made SAFETY PRIORITY ONE with an entire mountain area dedicated for the family and the beginner skier/rider. Copper is ranked as having one of the top ski schools in the country.

Please note: Check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check-out time is any time before 10am. We are not able to accommodate an early check-in and/or late check-out.

Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, we will refund the deposit minus a $100 cancel fee. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. We highly recommend Travel Insurance including coverage for cancellation due to any reason. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations.

Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your spacious condo. We enjoyed the 2 level floor plan as our kids were able to spread out downstairs and have their own space. The adults gathered in the upstairs living and dining areas and loved the nice sectional couch and rocking swivel chairs! We haven't been able to find an affordable place to stay in Frisco before this and feel it was very reasonably priced. We will be back next summer.

Perfect getaway in great property

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Frisco condo. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The home is private and a short walk to main street. It's not modern, but we appreciated the affordable rate, so didn't mind. It was very clean and had some really nice furniture in the living room and dining table. We will definitely come back!

Great location for our ski trip!!

The condo was a good size for 5 men skiing for the week. The unit was clean and comfortable. It could use a little update, but we're pleased overall. We would stay at Peak One unit 103 again. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Affordable, Great Location

3 moms and 5 kids stayed over the weekend and it was perfect. Took the free shuttle to Copper and did apres in town once we walked the few blocks back home to drop off the kids. Leigh, the property manager, is wonderful.

Note to parents - the top bunk beds do not have rails

Great location, pretty clean, and well equipped, terrible mattresses

I’d like to start by saying the location of the condo was excellent for what we were looking for. Easy drive to keystone/Breckenridge, easy access to grocery/gas station/restaurants.

The condo itself was adequately sized with plenty of room for our group. We had room to spread out and relax during the evenings after skiing. The ski locker was extremely useful. Adequate bathroom/bedroom ratio. Parking was super easy and convenient.

Our complaint, which was a deal breaker for my group, was the mattresses. They were all worn out old style springs. Much of the group opted for alternate sleeping arrangements. I know a certain online retailer which sells new mattresses for very very reasonably and would easily take this property to a 5 star Property. However proper sleep for a physically active trip such as skiing or hiking is absolutely essential and is the reason for my rating.

Enjoyed our return visit to Frisco

This was our second stay in unit 103. We stayed a few years ago and couldn't wait to visit Frisco again and stay in this condo. We returned to this condo due to the very reasonable price for the size and location. This condo is very clean even though it's an older building. The furniture was replaced since our last stay and is very nice and they got a better TV in the living room. We love the fact that we can put our kids downstairs and they had their own space for games and also a fun bunk bed room. The adults were able to get some peace!!!!!! The managers are great as usual and made our stay easy and comfortable. This is our home away from home.

Affordable condo just off the Main Street

We had a short stay in early December and loved this place. The location was exactly as they advertised just a few blocks to the main drag in Frisco. Lots of room for our group to spread out, nice furniture, big ski closet outside the door, tons of kitchen stuff and appliances for cooking. This place was very clean and had lots of extra supplies for us to use which is something we don't usually get in other rentals we've stayed in. It was the most reasonably priced rental we could find in Frisco and it was a lot nicer than we were expecting for the low price. The manager was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Thanks and we'll come back!
