This was a great property, especially if you have pets. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for walking dogs, and Frisco Main St. and I-70 are easily accessible. Would absolutely rent this property again.
Great location with proximity to many ski destinations. The unit was well stocked with kitchen necessities and linens. We enjoyed making a fire in the fireplace after dinner and exploring the area. Perfect for a family trip!
Great stay at this pet friendly town home very close to everything in Frisco! The master bed is very comfortable and the townhome has great new appliances. Perfect for what we needed!
Our group was on the slopes most of the time but the place was great while we were there! We were able to hit all the Epic mountains from this location.
Great location to grocery, shops, ski. Quiet, warm. Plenty of space for our family of five with big table and couch. Grass area for dogs and short walk to a park with a stream. I found the master bed hard but I'm particular. Well stocked other than a muffin tin and extra paper towels and tp.
The condo was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you desire! Easy walk to downtown Frisco. Owner was easy to reach with questions. we will definitely be back!
This was a great place for our family to spend a few days in the high country enjoying the snow. The house is beautiful, clean, well appropriated, and the location was perfect! Communication with Tina was easy, and the entire family had a blast!
We enjoyed our stay up in Frisco! The hosts were great communicators and helpful. The unit is a bit dated, but totally comfy for our needs. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes to Main St. easily. It was enjoyable stay!
Easy access to nearby mountains and a stocked kitchen with everything you need to eat in. Easy parking access. Great space for 3 couples with plenty of bathrooms. Wonderful and prompt communication from hosts.
Homey and cozy space. Enjoyed preparing our breakfasts and dinners in a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to have the bathrooms fully stocked as well. Easy to come "home" after a long day on the slopes to relax and recharge.
Loved the location. Walking distance to downtown, walking distance to a beautiful park with the creek running through it. Just perfect. The only feedback is that I wish the bunk bed had a smaller mattress on top. Due to the large mattress, my husband had to sleep up there instead of one of our younger children because we feared they would roll off. Everything else was just lovely.
Host was very good with communication and the place was quite comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. Walk to town or along the river path. Dog friendly. Comfy beds. Comfy couch. Nice to have the wood burning fireplace. Plenty of room to put your stuff away. Loveland, Copper, Breckenridge, and A Basin are close. Several groceries and stores close by. Quiet. Family friendly. Large tub to soak sore muscles. Need I say more? We enjoyed our stay very much.
We had 6 adults stay at the property for our annual ski trip. It was a perfect space for the number of people we had, if we had any other family members join us, it would be a little tight. It is a cozy unit that gives off a very homey feel. Only suggestions I have: fix / unclog the slow drain in upstairs hall bath and have the oven (top one) cleaned. Top thing for us was the location. We have stayed at several other rentals before (in Breck and Silverthorne area), it was so nice be located right in Frisco, really close to everything we needed. (And super convenient as we skied Copper). Good amount of parking space as well! Thank you for a nice stay!
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The townhouse had everything we needed and provided plenty of room for our family of five. We were close to multiple skiing places and the neighborhood was nice for walking our dog. Tina was very friendly and responsive.
Born and raised in Iowa, we are Cyclones, Hawkeyes and have masters with the Drake Bulldogs. We both migrated over to the Colorado area 28 years ago and we have been Summit County residents for 21 years and love the area. We are locals and live full time in Centennial Colorado area. Happily married with 2 beautiful children ages 16 & 13. We love the great outdoors and have an active family.
Why they chose this property
Great central location near fun area of interest being downtown Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone A-Basin. Short drive up to Vail and Beaver Creek and Arrowhead Golf course. We are a diverse ski family and like to experience different mountain areas. We like variety and picked Frisco for this reason. It's central and doesn't tie you into the same slope or activity while on vacation or living here. It's so nice to see what all the resorts have to offer and dial into to the ones you like the most.
What makes this property unique
We liked our townhome because of the quiet side of things and you didn't have the condo noise next to you above you or below you. We also wanted our own personal space that is private and not shared. We like not being trapped in a total resort town where it may take 30-60 minutes wait time just to dine out or wait for a table. We also love the extra things to do if you are a non skier. We like 'free ' parking and walking to Main Street for entertainment as well as relaxing on the beach at the Frisco Marina during the hot summer days. We are close to hiking and biking trails as well,
