Why Property Manager chose Frisco
Frisco, Colorado has been a great meeting place for members of our family scattered from Texas to Chicago and San Diego. It's easy to fly in and drive up. Three generations from 85 years to 15 years old relax, play, learn new sports, and challenge each other. The free bus system allows some independence.
What makes this Townhome unique
There is a yard and nearby school playground for the children. Hiking into the mountains and biking trails to towns and resorts are 3 blocks away. Easy strolls to the shops in Frisco or to Rainbow Lake can be an adventure for the young and old. A morning stroll to get coffee and a newspaper is a great way to begin the day. Frisco is also a dog-friendly town, from shops that give out dog treats to pet-accessible trails to the K-9 4-K run in August.

We really enjoyed our second stay at this roomy and comfortable townhouse.
This is a great townhouse on a quiet and beautiful street not far from Main Street. The property is well kept and clean, plus offers a nice hot tub on the back deck, a garage spot and additional parking in the driveway. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, there is room for a group to relax after a day of adventure. We recommend this great family home and the owners and management company are friendly and responsive.
3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms! Garage, wonderful Hot tub, and great location. Could not have enjoyed it more! Would definitely return here.
We sure enjoyed our stay in this pleasant Frisco home. We were a family of 5 and the spaces and bedrooms were perfect for us. Great location for hiking the trails or an easy walk to town. We hope to be back soon!,
Well kept, lovely mountain home surrounded by beautiful mountain views.
My husband and I just finished staying at this wonderful mountain retreat for 15 days. The home is very comfortable, clean and peaceful. We look forward to returning next summer!!
My husband, daughter, and I had a fabulous time staying at this house for 5 months. There are great trails nearby including a nice hike to Rainbow Lake. The house is also an enjoyable walk to downtown and restaurants. People in Frisco are extremely friendly. Although the town is very close to skiing and biking trails, it is also a living city, not just a resort town.
The house is super comfortable with everything you need. The living room is a great place to spend time and relax.
Our daughter attended the local elementary during our stay - it was fantastic!
The owner is extremely accommodating, easy to reach, and very responsive. We highly recommend it and hope to return!
This was a great place to stay. one bedroom slept up to 5 people, the other 2 bedrooms were for couples. nice bathrooms, functional kitchen, easy seating for 6 in the living room. Owner was great to work with.
We are in the heart of ski, bike, and hike territory, an easy drive or bus ride to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountains. Dillon Dam offers boating and kayaking. You can fish Blue River, Ten Mile River or many others. Silverthorn has an abundance of outlet shops. The Main Streets of Frisco and Breckenridge have boutique shope, bakeries, and restaurants.
