Seagrove View is a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house that is conveniently located between the highways and a few blocks away from Dowdy Park, the Nags Head YMCA, Galaxy Golf, and the Nags Head Pier. At Dowdy Park, enjoy the pickleball court, the basketball court, the playground, and the weekly farmer's market (every Thursday during the summer). At the YMCA, take advantage of 8 free unlimited passes to all of the outdoor and indoor amenities it offers. Play a few rounds of mini golf at Galaxy Golf's two 18-hole mini golf courses. Fish all day at the Nags Head Fishing Pier and enjoy oceanfront indoor/outdoor dining. You can also view beautiful sunrises on the beach and gorgeous sunsets at Jockey's Ridge, only 2 miles away.

This house is all about location! Seagrove View is situated between two beach accesses, only 250 yards to either the Admiral Street or the Baltic Street beach access. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops are nearby (within a mile), including Tortuga's Lie, Red Drum, Lucky 12, Wave Riders, Single Fin Sushi, Shaka's Beach Bar & Grill, Noosa Beach Grill, Country Deli, Snowbird, Madison's Pizza, Pizzazz Pizza, Jersey Mike's, Morning View Coffee, Front Porch Cafe, Dunkin', Booty Treats, Surfin' Spoon, and The Spot. Food Lion, several surf shops, and many specialty shops are all within a few blocks of Seagrove View.

Perfect Location for families with small kids

This is our second stay at this property and we really like it! The upstairs is easy to block off if you have small kids you don’t want going up and down stairs; the property is a quick five minute walk to the beach and there’s a parking lot for the beach directly down the street if you have a lot of gear to bring. There’s food and ice cream within walking distance (again, very convenient for kids). The house itself is comfortable and clean and everything was there as described, no issues. We’ll definitely check availability on this property first if we decide to come back next year!

Ideal vacation house

I was first impressed by how clean this house was. Very open concept in living area. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Everything was in great shape. One sliding door stopped locking and I notified by text. It was fixed the next day. Check in was very easy. Location was great, only a short walk to the beach. There was parking at the entrance to the beach which was limited but we did find a spot more often than not. I would recommend this house.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very good overall.The rental is in a great and familiar location for us. ear everything and every place we like to go—within walking distance for many.The home was very clean, bright and everything worked, so in good shape. It was well appointed and well supplied in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. And we especially liked having a Krups K cup appliance!Our only concern was that the recently renovated hall bathroom did not have a grab bar in the tub. This is something they need to add.The renovations in the bathrooms and kitchen were well done.The staff was helpful. And patient with our inquiries.I was concerned about the kind of welcome kit there would be since they didn’t specify and warned us to bring certain things.The welcome kit was excellent. Everything we would have needed and supplies for each bathroom as well. And two kitchen towels which we appreciated.Loved that there were already sheets on the bed and towels waiting also on each bed. Just made everything easier.We were warned to bring hair dryer and we did. However, that is one additional thing I think should be supplied. Makes a difference when packing.

Literally a 2 minute walk to both the Admiral or Baltic public beach accesses ( and the ice cream shop, coffee shops, and grocery store). It was really easy for us to cook in the home when we wanted to and close to a bunch of restaurants when we wanted to go out. We loved being able to walk to the beach multiple times throughout the day with ease. Great place!!

It is spacious, updated, nicely appointed, and only a short walk to the beach and grocery store. The owner has thought of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. We spent hours on the porches that can be accessed from the living area or the bedrooms. The outside shower is spacious and clean with no spider webs.:) Already looking forward to next year. What a blessing to have found this gem!

Perfect place for a family getaway!

Thanks to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise. The recently updated house was spotless and perfectly stocked for our family's adventure. It was clear that the time and effort had been taken to prepare for our visit. There was plenty of room both inside and outside on the decks to spread out and relax after a day at the beach. The laundry and storage room on the ground floor was the perfect bonus to store the beach gear. While the beach is a brief walk, we seemed to get delayed by the ice cream shop directly in the path. Breakfast, coffee, ice cream, a playground and the grocery store were a short walk from the house. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you, again!

Excellent stay, great location. Property was as advertised. My only negative is there were absolutely no basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags etc. An immediate trip back out to the store was required.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a lovely time at Seagrove View the first week of September. The house was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms had been nicely updated! The rooms were clean, and we arrived to the sheets on the beds which was a nice touch. Washer and Dryer were in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and had relatively new pots and utensils which was a nice surprise. My only complaint is the rental check in between 4-6pm felt very late especially for a weekend that is considered the beginning of the off season. The latest I have been requested to check in at a house is 4pm. 6pm really means you loose an entire day at the beach. I would encourage the company to try and move the checkin to 3pm to 4pm if possible. Otherwise, it was a great week and a very lovely house.
