This enchanting 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, is newly remodeled to include all the high end upgrades you would expect to find in a 5 star resort. This is ideal for an extended stay of 30 nights or more. We will see to your every need to ensure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. All you need to bring is your suitcase!

We recently purchased this property and upgraded it to high end standards. We laid new carpet in the master suite, painted the interior and the new bed is from Bombay with a Sherwood Luxury Mattress. Living Room and Dining Room are newly furnished as well. We bought a large French door style refrigerator, Cuisinart stainless cookware and flatware.

We are very pleased with the property and hope you will feel at home :)

You will have ample parking (complimentary), all ground level with easy access, a lovely patio and courtyard. The pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts are just steps away.

I purchased this property about 15 years ago. I lived there for most of that time with my beloved cat, but alas, it was time to move on. The condo underwent some cosmetic impovements such as granite counter tops, new floors and new paint. Until I decide on a long term tenant, I am enjoying my role as host for what was the happiest home of my life. The community is quiet, friendly and well kept. I am sure you will enjoy every minute of your stay; It really is a special place :)

How I spent 37 days in Huntington Beach

Had a wonderful time with my wife in Huntington Beach. It all started with the condo at 7422 Seastar Drive which was centrally located for our needs.

The condo was very clean and updated which exceeded our expectations. The patio, grill area, pool, the landscaping made it feel like home. The owner was very responsive when needed. The neighbors were very friendly. Many of the stores and beaches were less than 10 minutes away with easy access to restaurants, stores, beaches, golf courses etc

would highly recommend the condo and would stay there again.

Our stay was very good

The location of this condo was absolutely good for our needs. It was convenient for buying groceries, restaurants and most every other type of shopping (including getting an oil change on our car). The condo was exactly as the display photos showed. The complex felt very safe and the grounds were nicely kept. Any concerns we had, and there were very few, were attended to immediately. We would be quite comfortable returning for another stay at this condo.

Better than advertised!!

From the moment we were met by the property manager, Marty, we felt right at home. The condo was very fresh, clean and well stocked; complete with everything you need for meal prep. She even provided some bottled water on arrival. We had a fantastic time! The master suite was like a 5 star Romantic retreat! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A natural gas grill on the grassy area in front of our condo was a welcome find. We love to grill fresh fish and veggies. It was great to have a major super market and Star Bucks only a short walk away. We enjoyed the beach close by and the fun eclectic atmosphere of the downtown area. The the new upscale restaurants and shopping at Pacific City is a real unexpected surprise. This is a must see if you are staying here. Just a couple of blocks south of the pier. We rented bikes and roller blades every weekend to cruse the boardwalk. Sunsets over the pier from our favorite restaurants and a finally a soak in the hot tub is usually how we ended our evenings. This is far better than any hotel experience! We will be back next winter to soak up the sun, the fun and the healthy lifestyle. Thank you, Marty, for such a memorable experience!
