This enchanting 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, is newly remodeled to include all the high end upgrades you would expect to find in a 5 star resort. This is ideal for an extended stay of 31 nights or more. We will see to your every need to ensure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. All you need to bring is your suitcase!
We recently purchased this property and upgraded it to high end standards. We laid new carpet in the master suite, painted the interior and the new bed is from Bombay with a Sherwood Luxury Mattress. Living Room and Dining Room are newly furnished as well. We bought a large French door style refrigerator, Cuisinart stainless cookware and flatware.

We are very pleased with the property and hope you will feel at home :)

You will have ample parking (complimentary), all ground level with easy access, a lovely patio and courtyard. The pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts are just steps away.

Great stay

Very nice, clean condo in a great neighborhood - near shopping and beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the neighbors are very friendly. Great place for us to stay while visiting our grandkids in the area!

Great visit to HB

We stayed for 5 weeks and found the condo to be our home away from home. Nice neighborhood and neighbors.

How I spent 37 days in Huntington Beach

Had a wonderful time with my wife in Huntington Beach. It all started with the condo at 7422 Seastar Drive which was centrally located for our needs. The condo was very clean and updated which exceeded our expectations. The patio, grill area, pool, the landscaping made it feel like home. The owner was very responsive when needed. The neighbors were very friendly. Many of the stores and beaches were less than 10 minutes away with easy access to restaurants, stores, beaches, golf courses etc would highly recommend the condo and would stay there again.

Better than advertised!!

From the moment we were met by the property manager, Marty, we felt right at home. The condo was very fresh, clean and well stocked; complete with everything you need for meal prep. She even provided some bottled water on arrival. We had a fantastic time! The master suite was like a 5 star Romantic retreat! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A natural gas grill on the grassy area in front of our condo was a welcome find. We love to grill fresh fish and veggies. It was great to have a major super market and Star Bucks only a short walk away. We enjoyed the beach close by and the fun eclectic atmosphere of the downtown area. The the new upscale restaurants and shopping at Pacific City is a real unexpected surprise. This is a must see if you are staying here. Just a couple of blocks south of the pier. We rented bikes and roller blades every weekend to cruse the boardwalk. Sunsets over the pier from our favorite restaurants and a finally a soak in the hot tub is usually how we ended our evenings. This is far better than any hotel experience! We will be back next winter to soak up the sun, the fun and the healthy lifestyle. Thank you, Marty, for such a memorable experience!

Great Host & Accommodations

Marty was a terrific host! I recently moved to Southern California for a new job and was in need of short term housing for I stayed for 3 months. Marty’s place was a perfect solution. It’s close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Marty was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying with Marty whether you’re in Hunting Beach for vacation or need temporary accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.

Huntington Beach Getaway

Condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. The bed is very comfortable. Marty was a great host. She welcomed us with a gift basket and was very helpful taking care of small issues we had promptly . The neighbors are very friendly and gave us great information about the area. The pool and tennis courts on site are very accessible. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities including shopping and restaurants. We often walked in the neighborhood and went to the beach nearby. We hope to return soon.

Great Condo

My wife and I had a great stay at Marty's place. It's well decorated, super comfy bed, and completely stocked with all you will need. The neighbors are very friendly with HB know-how. We especially enjoyed the community tennis court. It's less than a 2-mile walk via 17th or Goldenwest to the beach and we did it everyday. Thank you, Marty, you are a great host!

Absolutely stunning Appartment

There is really nothing negative to say about this Appartment. All the equipment is new, it is nicely decorated, and you can tell that the host takes great care of it. For any question or request I had, Marty was always pleased to help me out or provide me with the things I needed.

Our stay was very good

The location of this condo was absolutely good for our needs. It was convenient for buying groceries, restaurants and most every other type of shopping (including getting an oil change on our car). The condo was exactly as the display photos showed. The complex felt very safe and the grounds were nicely kept. Any concerns we had, and there were very few, were attended to immediately.
