This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club and located on the 6th floor. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The views from the 6th floor are breathtaking and will easily relax you. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided. Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two single beds, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

Decent Stay. Not quiet. Extreme crowd at the literal door.

Nice view and historic location for IHB. As a lifetime local (now live south due to work), it pains me to see out of towners being so heavily subsidized to gobble up all the oceanfront property and fill it with garage sale furniture. The sofa had a stickiness to it, the chair in the master is filthy and falling apart. Notwithstanding what Iā€™m sure is significant coverage of the cost of the unit through short term rentals, the owner hasnā€™t seen fit to update most of the condo from the original finishes, so level your expectations to 1985. Building is completely full of short term renters. They leave umbrellas, beach chairs, and all manner of other items strewn in the hallways. Trash cans near the elevators are constantly overflowing. Owners must not leave any guidance on noise or flashlights - families staying here wander the beach letting their kids scream, run, shine flashlights into the units and disrupt nesting sea turtles. We were at this unit over the Fourth of July weekend, and families literally pulled the bar stools from their units to the entryway of our unit. We couldnā€™t even watch the fireworks over the river unobstructed because so many other renters decided to camp out by our door.Owner didnā€™t check in, just sent instructions on how to get in via the app. Decent stay - for the price, it probably makes as much sense to stay in a hotel.

Lovely unspoiled beach and beautifully maintained condo building.

Indian Harbour Beach Club is truly a hidden gem. Well maintained on a quiet clean beach our unit was exactly what we needed. Our unit was just as pictured with a gorgeous view and lots of beach "toys" to use. It was nicely furnished with everything you need for a great stay.

Good location but elevator not working

The property only has 1 elevator (6 story building) that had not worked for many days and was still not working at check out with no contact about the issue until check in. Cindy the manager was able to put in a 2nd floor unit (originally to be on 6th floor) - which was great. Issue was the lack of prior contact. We do appreciate all the effort Cindy made.

Quiet low traffic area

Great stay had six ppl there 4 woulda been perfect bed wise but plenty of room for all 6. Overall loved the stay and quiet beach. We went to disney but woulda loved to just hang around tbe room and beach more.

Getaway at the beach

We were down for my nieces high school graduation, and decided to make a vacation of it and stay on the beach. The unit was clean and very spacious. It had a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. The beach was never crowded even during Memorial Day weekend. We will definitely stay here again should we ever find ourselves in the area.

Second Stay

This is the second time we've stayed at Indian Harbour Beach Club, first time in this unit. Beautiful area, beautiful views, great hosts; can't go wrong. My only "complaint" would be that the bed is too stiff for our liking. P.S. They aren't in great shape, but there are beach chairs and an umbrella in the master closet. Good enough shape for free!

When we arrived at the property, discovered the TV in living room and second bedroom would not come on. We tried everything. The property manager was messaged. Never received a response or solution to the issue.

Spectacular Location

The property at Indian Harbour Beach Resort is in a great location. Whether you are looking for relaxation on the beach, listening to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony, eating in good local restaurants, or seeing a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center, this property had it all!! My wife and I thought the condo we rented was clean, well decorated, and provided us with all the amenities we needed during our stay!

Great condo with private balcony!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Lots of space! Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Big private deck with 2 sliders was the coolest thing. Plus the couch with an ocean view? So awesome...great naps! Everything you need for hanging out at the beach. Easy access to beach, grocery stores, walmart, even trips to Cocoa Beach. Negatives were hard mattress and large rocks at low tide in ocean (not beachy walk-in like Daytona, etc). We just used the provided boogie boards to float above them to hang out in the water. We were sad we had to come home.

As close to the water as you can get

The view from the balcony is amazing just like the pictures and you really can't be closer to the water than this. Its also pretty cool to be in the pool and be able to see and hear the waves from the beach. Condo and property are as advertised!

Enjoyed the stay. Being by the ocean was amazing taking leisurely walks along the beach.
