Este condominio de concepto abierto de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en el popular extremo norte de la isla. ¡Inmediatamente caminando por la puerta principal, quedará hipnotizado por la pintoresca vista de Fort Myers Beach que viene de la galería protegida! Los hermosos pisos de baldosas en la sala de estar principal y los pisos de madera laminada en las habitaciones allanan el camino para muchas características actualizadas. ¡La cocina totalmente equipada tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía prolongada o una escapada corta! El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king size, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas dobles, lo que permite que esta unidad acomode hasta 6 personas cómodamente. Este condominio también incluye una lavadora y secadora en la unidad, ¡así como estacionamiento privado cubierto! Loved this condo! Right on the beach with the best view of gorgeous sunsets on the quiet end of the beach. Condo was well equipped for cooking and there were plenty of towels and bedding. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Terrace overlooking beach was the best place for morning coffee or evening wine. And big kudos to Coastal Vacations for being extremely responsive to every question/issue. I’d definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, but the master bedroom was not clean, with multiple stains on the sheets and mattress cover. We ended up washing them before sleeping the first night since the set of spare sheets in the bedroom did not fit the bed. We were also disappointed that the beach was overloaded with seaweed, and it was never cleaned by the town. Although the view from the condo was great, the overwhelming smell from the seaweed prevented a relaxing day at the beach. Obviously not the fault of the condo owner, but the town of Fort Myers Beach is still very much struggling after hurricane damage. We travel several times a year to the Gulf Coast in Florida, but we will not be back. It was hard to find restaurants and we felt like the quality of the beach was poor due to lack of maintenance.

Nice, clean, great location! May I suggest at least a couple extra rolls of toilet paper so guests don’t get ‘surprised’ when the first roll is out.

Wonderful views!

Clean! I love staying anywhere it's clean! I do think it's time to update your bedding. Everyone likes to sleep with a comforter/duvet that has been washed and not used with prior visitors. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking in this area!

Great Place

The room was well equipped to cook meals, the balcony was nice and the bedrooms were great. Our only issue was the water pressure in the master bedroom. It literally to 30-45 minutes to shower to get the hair products out

Lovely long weekend

Very familiar with Estero Island but first time staying at BV. The apt was lovely and just what we wanted for our long weekend. The only disappointment was that we were called 2 days before our trip and told the pool would be closed 2 of our 3 day stay. It ended up being closed the whole time we were there and no pool in August in Florida is pretty rough! Other than that our trip was enjoyable, the sunsets were beautiful and the food was fabulous!

Great stay at Estero Island Villas #202

During our visit to Fort Myers Beach, we stayed in the Estero Island Villas #202. The condo is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes and cookware. It is a two bedroom unit, and for our family of 5, it was a little too tight. One family member slept on the sofa each night. For 4 or fewer people, the condo would be a better fit. The location is excellent, and parking was always available. It has a nice pool area, and 2 barbecue grills and picnic tables were available for outside meals. We enjoyed the beachfront access. However, beach towels and chairs are not provided. Laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent were very limited, and I purchased laundry detergent to wash our towels throughout our stay. For that reason, I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. We would stay here again.

Loved Our Stay

We loved our stay at this property. The condo is exactly as represented in the listing. Very clean and well maintained. The table and chairs on the lanai are high so your view of the ocean isn't obstructed. The master bed was comfortable. The location is good - there is a trolley stop at The Pink Shell resort right next door which makes it easy to get to Times Square if you don't want to drive. If I could change one thing, it would be the second bathroom. It's very dark when you are in the shower and the tub is slippery. This could be easily remedied though by swapping out the exhaust fan for one with that includes a light and putting a non-slip mat in the tub. Also, there is no parking available for guests. We wanted to have someone come visit us but there was nowhere for them to park on property. All and all we would stay at this property again in the future.

Nice play to stay

Location is nice, it's away from all the hustle and bustle. condo was clean with nice amenities. Bathroom very nice, the 2nd bath/shower was too dark when shower curtain closed, but no big deal, might want to consider adding a light. The only reason I gave it a lower star rating on communication was that it was strange how they communicated. If you called, for anything they say they'll call you back after checking, then you get a text with answer. I find that a little weird - either call me or make it all text messaging. For example, I called about renting a golf cart and where to park it, they couldn't answer then texted me back, but I had more questions, like where to plug it in. The person said anywhere but there were no outlets. Luckily the Pink Shell Hotel allowed us to part there because that's where the company stored their carts. Other than that little communication glitch we really like it.

Cancelled us 36 hours prior to Arrival

We received a call by the property manager that our reservation was being cancelled because the doors were being painted and the work would not be completed. I was given a choice of 3 other properties that did not have enough beds to accommodate the number of people in our group. When I asked what could be done, I was basically told either to accept one of the properties offered or cancel the reservation and receive a refund. We had our nonrefundable airfare, nonrefundable car rental and our dogs already boarded. It was a terrible experience and the property managers/owners could have cared LESS! Don’t do it!!

Unfortunately, the cancellation was completely out of our control as we mange the interior of the condo not the complex and not the building itself. We were were told *last minute by the association that the property's construction project was going to extend an additional two weeks. We offered a property that was large enough for your party, however, you did not want to move forward with this move. At that time I sent you three additional properties and offered to ordered a roll away bed rental so that you can continue to be beach front with 8 people. I understand this situation was not ideal but we whole heartedly did the very best we could with the circumstance and our availability. We pride ourselves on customer service and we hope you consider us in the future.

Girls weekend!

Great property, clean, beautiful view, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels! Our only complaint is that the pool lounge chairs were cleaned with bleach & made bleach spots on the towels, my visor & my friend’s dress. It would have been good to have a sign or note at the pool However, the condo itself was perfect!

Great stay with awesome views

This property was super clean and updated. The screened in lanai was awesome. We debated renting a vehicle during our stay but glad we did as it gave us freedom to explore the area even though we were walking distance to shops and restaurants.
