This place has everything you need to enjoy your trip away from home. Love that we were able to bring our pup as she loves to come on adventures with us.
A great little property that combines the convenience of Margaret River township with the tranquillity of the bush. We had a super time and would thoroughly recommend it.

The cottage was very close to everything within walking distance or driving distance. Very clear instructions on getting there and nice and warm and cosy.
A splendid time was had by all at the "little house". A very comfortable and relaxing place. For the four of us, we couldn't have asked for a better or nicer house to have stayed at for our two nights. All fixtures and amenities at the property were above average, as well as being extremely neat and clean. Thanks to both Greg and Rochelle for helping us to have a wonderful weekend.
Clean, cosy and comfortable! My mum, husband and myself enjoyed 2 wonderful days, staying at The Little House. The accommodation is a 2min. drive to town centre and there are countless tourist attractions/neighboring towns within a 40min. driving radius. Furthermore, Greg and Rochelle were the perfect hosts! We will definitely book to stay with you guys again on our next trip to Margaret River. 😀
This the 5th or 6th time staying here, with Greg and Rochelle and the previous owners.
An amazingly tranquil location.
Short walk into Margs central.
If you are a mtber, easy access to trails.
There may be a possum climbing on the roof, but not to noisy.
To quote Arnie " I'll be back "
Cheers Peter
Nice neat little houe with two bedrooms, living area, small kitchenette and great outdoors surroundings.
Kitchenette is equipped with a kettle microwave and fridge only. We've managed to cook on outdoor gas BBQ and electric double cook top also positioned outside.
The owners are very welcoming and are looking after the house very well.
All necessary utensils, glassware and cutlery are provided as well as towels.
Definitely we will be booking in again when visiting Margaret River.

Pity the owner won’t refund
We arrived at the property at the wrong dates, it wasn’t fault, the owners allowed us to stay for one night.
The quality of the bedding and general outside area was poor.
Then our original booking, we couldn’t make due to covid, the owners won’t refund our money, we won’t be staying there again, anyway

This guest got their dates wrong and informed us they were unable to stay on their booked dates. This was not due to COVID reasons, but their own organisational error, which is why they did not get approval for date changes. At no time did this guest ask for a refund. They actually asked us to make their booking available to other guests. We use 1000 count Egyptian cotton sheets & Sheridan towels - not sure of any other Airbnb which uses bedding that is of a higher standard. We are situated in a beautiful bush block, with stunning natural surrounds, as stated by almost all our guests. Read our reviews by all our other guests, as this guest was merely aggrieved due to their own poor organisational management and embarrassment at their own mistakes, of which they made many including not reading clearly communicated emails, stating directions, address, dates and rules. We generously accommodated these guests & took time out of our Easter Sunday and first anniversary to cater for them, which they told us they were very grateful for. They also apologised profusely at the time for the numerous mistakes they had made on their booking, as well as for ‘ruining’ our anniversary due to their clumsiness.
my sister and I and my dog, Indie, had a great 2 nights. The backyard is enclosed which was great for the pooch. it was a short walk into the town and each morning we had an amazing cheese toastie at Toastface.
The property was lovely and everything we needed was there. Heating via the aircon u it was great for when we returned as it quickly heated the living area and took the chill for the rooms. We were not cold at all.
Definitely would stay again.
