What a Fabulous Weekend!

This was the perfect home for my family of 20. Plenty of room to spread out, bedrooms were perfect, home was clean, comfortable and easy to operate systems and the amenities were spot on. I have stayed in many properties, this was the best so far. Quiet location, lots of room for parking. Everyone loved this property. Easy access to both mountains. Had a great time!

This was our annual trip to the Poconos. The location was great and the house was beautiful. Only disappointment was the hot tub was very cloudy and we were afraid to use it. Otherwise everything was great and as described.

Thank you for your feedback, Christine! We agree "Red Rock" is a Beautiful house. We wish you would have called Guest Services and we could have sent maintenance out. Our Maintenance office is less than 5 minutes from the property and we have staff on call to assist guests during their stay. The Guest Services phone number is located on the Refrigerator door in the kitchen and in all Pocono Mountain Rentals correspondence. You also could have messaged us via VRBO. Please know that all of our properties Hot Tubs are serviced by an outside vendor. Every Hot Tub is drained, sanitized, refilled and treated before Every guest stay. Perfect for Family Vacation!

This house was exactly as advertised, and the perfect setting for a multigenerational family vacation! The house was perfectly set up that all 15 of us fit comfortably. Between the hot tub, pool table and the arcade machine, we had hours of entertainment at the house. It’s also in a great location! So close to the parking lot and access point to the beach area for Lake Harmony, and just a short drive to Yeti Watersports where we rented kayaks and paddleboards and then grabbed some adult beverages at the Sand Bar afterwards. And even though it’s not listed, and I haven’t seen it in any of the photos… there is a second fridge! That was an absolute game changer and made things so much easier! Would definitely rent here again!

Home was clean on arrival and everything was as advertised. Our family loved it. My only concerns were the cleanliness of the hot tub, not filthy but could have been cleaner. Also both the dryer vent and the exhaust vent for the stove were needed a major cleaning. I let the stove vent soak overnight. But the dryer vent seemed to be very dirty. If it were my house I would be concerned.

Rental Home

Rented for a 4 family getaway, 8 adults, 7 kids under 8 and 2 infants. The house had enough rooms, bathrooms and kitchenware as advertised. House was clean, wifi and heating worked well. Didnt use the hot tub. Grill was clean and propane was full. Generally speaking, a very 'functional' house, but TBH not much character. There is an extra fridge at ground level which is helpful (note the door doesnt close well but it beeps when open). Kitchen drain could use a better strainer to trap food and some sinks were a bit slow. Management company is responsive and keep the house tidy and clean.

Fun in Lake Harmony!

Beautiful home with nice size kitchen, 2 refrigerators, lots of room to spread out. Loved the huge table with benches on both ends to seat multiple little ones. Just a few comments that might be helpful to other guests…the frying pans in the kitchen were impossible to clean even loading it up with butter to fry eggs, etc. I would swap them out for some non-stick versions. Also, there were no small pots for making oatmeal, etc. only large pots. We did find it necessary to pick up some moisture obsorbing products as the first floor felt damp, the ac units didn’t seem to help. Our family had so much fun, lots of camp fires and deer sightings! Loved the large wrap deck, wished the weather had been better for coffee on the deck in the mornings! We had a lovely time. My comments are only to help your future guests. Thank you so much!

The house is lovely, just as decribed with 6 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and a loft area. Very clean. Outside was a small area for a fire pit. Hot tub was a nice addition but unfortunately was leaking all week and not usable and they did not come to fix it as promised before we left so we missed out to use it on our last night. About a 10 minute walk to the lake, very small area to enjoy at Lake Harmony. 15 min drive to the grocery store. Not as convenient to everything but all in all the house was lovely.

A Fun Weekend with Friends

We rented the house for a long weekend getaway with two other families. Based on the pictures, we were excited for what the house had to offer and it didn’t disappoint! The room situation worked out perfectly for the 12 of us (three families of four), and there was even an extra bed in the loft area that went unused. The property was a fun adventure for the kids, digging through the snow, climbing the massive rock out back, and building our own sled trails. Although we brought our own games, the pool table and Roku TVs gave us additional means of entertainment. One minor frustration was the arcade system. The kids were excited to try it out but the joystick wasn’t working properly. We were able to ski at Jack Frost (about 10-15 minutes away) and snow tube at Camelback (about 30 minutes). It was a bitter cold weekend, so outdoor time was pretty limited. It was so cold that our hair was freezing while trying to enjoy the hot tub! This house gave us everything we wanted for the weekend! I imagine it would be gorgeous in the summer as well, so perhaps another trip to Red Rock is in our future!

Best getaway with friends

This property is perfect for a getaway with friends and family. We were 5 families staying here with kids. The location is perfect to get around, may it be for small hikes like Hawke trail or water sports like kayaking. The property was well kept with more than enough utensils, dishes. TV in each room was a blessing as the kids were really happy about it. Thanks. Looking forward to staying here again.
