This spacious 8,300 sq. foot home (7 beds/7 baths) features beautiful spaces, and lots of luxuries. A theatre room, an 8 person jacuzzi, air hockey and foosball table, two full kitchens, two large master bedrooms, a "Pullman Room" with 3 Queen beds built into the walls and two twin beds that pull out underneath, a craft room with a spiral staircase up to a cozy bedroom (two queen beds), a bunk bed room with 6 twin beds. Two additional large bedrooms (each with queen beds). It's important to this host that you follow recycling rules. Trying to live a "do little harm" way... if your group prefers one time use dish ware, this is not a good fit.

Near a great grocery, bagel/coffee shop, and right on the golf course with a creek running through the back yard.

Fell in love with the property which is grand and inviting at the same time. The views, location, neighborhood, and proximity to everything is exactly right.

What makes this property unique

This home is super spacious, and beautifully decorated, not with "it's a rental" mindset. Special spaces include: a fully stocked craft room, theatre room, stunning views of the mountains with beautiful "water music" coming from the creek running through the backyard. The spa like jacuzzi is on the lower porch and relaxing and rejuvenating to look out over the golf course and the hills.

The lower level has fun kid activities with a foosball and air hockey tables.

The upstairs has a very roomy landing with a TV dedicated to play xbox games.
