This luxurious private residence is the closest ski­-In, ski-out home to Park City Mountain Canyons Village. Nestled in the woods alongside the resort base, this home offers a mountain contemporary look and feel. Twenty seconds from the new Sunrise Gondola opened in 2025.

Canyons Village is one of two base areas at Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the United States. Canyons Village is a celebrated four-season destination for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking, with world-class accommodations, shops, restaurants, services, entertainment, events, and an extraordinary mountain golf course. This guest-centric and walkable village is just 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport. This luxurious private residence is the closest ski­-In, ski-out home to Park City Mountain Canyons Village. Nestled in the woods alongside the resort base, this home offers a mountain contemporary look and feel. A main floor master bedroom with 18-­foot ceilings sets the stage for this masterfully designed home. Beautiful office/library with built-ins with views of ski runs and resort lifts. Professional chef's kitchen with open design great for entertaining. Balconies and walkout patios give bedrooms plenty of light and views. Heated driveway/walks, custom theater­, ornate sports bar, art nooks, and cabinet built­-ins properly appoint this house. Walk to dinner and summer golfing, and enjoy resort fireworks off of the front patio. Easy and quick access to SLC airport (30 min) will get you on the slopes fast. Watch skiers/boarders on Retreat Run right out your windows. The perfect family retreat!

Please note that Park City Mountain Resort manages all of the ski lifts and has sole decision-making authority on which ski lifts they open and close and if/when they run the ski lifts based on conditions and time of year. Thank you!

The Canyons Village Connect CVMA provides Canyons Village Connect to our guests throughout each winter season from scheduled Opening Day – scheduled Closing Day (mid-November through mid-April, dates vary from year to year). This complimentary, on-demand ride service is available within Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. This service is app-based and available in the App Store or Google Play. This was a great stay- the host was responsive and helpful with local guidance and recommendations. The house had nice amenities and easily accommodated our large group. The Sonos system was not the easiest to use and took a long time to load and play. With the unseasonably little snow this winter, ski in/ski out wasn't an option.
