Bring the whole crew! This spacious 5,500+ sq. ft. home is one of the largest and most conveniently located properties in Bear Hollow Village. With room for extended families, multiple families, groups of friends, reunions, ski trips, and retreats, it is designed for gathering together without feeling crowded.

Room for Everyone:
With two fully equipped kitchens, two dining areas, and two living rooms, your group can spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out. Better yet, there are two large private hot tubs, so nobody has to wait too long for their après-ski soak.

The home offers three floors of comfortable living space and sleeps guests across 12 separate beds:
- 1 king bed
- 5 queen beds
- 4 twin bunk beds
- 2 queen sleeper sofas, located in the primary bedroom and lower common area
- 2–3 portable mattresses available upon request

Bear Hollow was the perfect place for our family vacation! We had four families and a group of 16, and the home accommodated everyone comfortably with plenty of beds and room to spread out. Having two fully equipped kitchens was a huge bonus—it made preparing meals for a large group so much easier.Jason and Kris were wonderful hosts and made both check-in and check-out completely seamless. Their communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described.The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything Park City has to offer while still providing a relaxing place to come back to after a fun day. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend Bear Hollow to anyone traveling with a large family or group!

Outstanding condo - perfect place for large group to stay and ski at Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude….Clean, well-equipped, modern, and very spacious. 3 stories to spread out in and enjoy the views, lounge on the sofas, enjoy a nice meal around the large dining room table, play pool, soak in one of the two hot tubs, and more. Terrific high quality place with a very professional and accessible host who is available if and when needed.

I stayed at 5401 Bobsled with a large group for a ski weekend and we had a great time. Everything went very smoothly, and the property was spacious and accommodating for all of us. The large kitchen was especially helpful for preparing meals for the whole group, and the home itself was very clean.The location was perfect for our ski weekend, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. You also can’t beat the views from the main living area.Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

All of the fireplaces weren’t working and we noticed some unclean rooms that were bothersome. The property manager wasn’t terribly great at offering help and seemed to not care regarding the fireplaces. It was chilly and we really wanted to utilize the fireplaces to help with that and didn’t love that our only option was to use space heaters. Other than that it offered a great space to have an overnight stay with friends. Thanks!

This was a five star rental. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked. The three floors provided so much room and plenty of privacy. The Pool Table got used non-stop and the view and location was fantastic easy access to all the mountains in the area.The rental was perfect for a large group. More than enough room to relax, and the heated floors are a nice touch! The houses location was just close enough to grocery stores and restaurants so that cooking and eating out were both easy options.

This house was perfect for our family of 13. The bedrooms were on three different levels so each family had their own space. Lots of room to gather and play games. The kids loved the pool table. Comfortable beds, two hot tubs, and a great location in Park City - who could ask for more? The only downside was difficulty using the television in the living room and no instructions were given.

When we are not hosting, you can usually find us skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. We love sharing this special place and helping guests create lasting mountain memories of their own.

We chose Bear Hollow because it offers the perfect balance of mountain adventure and everyday convenience. The home is within about 15 minutes of Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, and Deer Valley, while restaurants, shopping, and Utah Olympic Park are also nearby. Salt Lake City International Airport is less than an hour away, making it easy for groups traveling from near and far.

What makes this property unique

This home was made for gathering. Its spacious layout includes two full kitchens, multiple living and dining areas, a pool table, and two outdoor hot tubs, giving large groups plenty of room to spend time together—or spread out when they need a little space.
