We chose the mouth of Empire Pass Canyon to build our dream home vacation get away for its great night life, culture, ski resort access and mountain biking out the back door.

What makes this house unique

You can walk to dozens of great restaurants and bars then see deer, elk and moose regularly in our back yard, front yard and side yard. This is a very unique old town location you will love and want to visit yearly. It is at the entrance to Empire Pass Deer Valley, nestled on the mountain side surrounded by forested open space. Unlike most Old Town homes which are built 3 feet apart we have open spaces on 3 sides of our home.

New large elegant mountain home

My friend of two decades are touring the western region in search of the perfect run and experience wonderful mountain towns. Park city didn't disappoint and we couldn't ask for more from our accommodations. The home perfectly accommodated the needs of our large ski party, but could easily work for a multi family vacation. Rooms were large, comfortable with all the amenities of home. The common living space was perfect for cooking while still being apart of the conversation with dinning and living areas on either side.

Located on the southern end of Main St we had easy access to restaurants, bars and the in town ski lift. But given the size and comfort of the house most evenings we found ourself just hanging at home playing games and enjoying the hot tub.

I strongly recommend this home and can't wait to come back to park city. Thank you

Luxury near the top of Main!

My #1 rule when traveling is always to stay somewhere at a minimum as nice as my own home. This house didn't disappoint. The home was luxury and custom all the way and I definitely felt like I was on vacation! We were 3 families, with 6 adults and 5 kids total. There was more than enough room for everyone to hang their hat, have a bed and then some, congregate to socialize, as well as seek alone time if needed. If the adults were upstairs and kids were downstairs it was totally separate. The TVs were updated and easy to use, ready with BluRay/Netflix/Amazon or plug in your own game console easily. The kitchen was gourmet, well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. The main Master Bath was luxurious with it's large separate tub and spacious walk in shower. Tons of closet space and storage in each room to unpack and stay awhile. Loved the heated floors throughout - total luxury. Not to mention the boot dryers at the mudroom area. It was a great house to accommodate us snowboarders. The bunkroom was perfect for the kids but they also loved the loft area that quickly became their "hideaway". The location was great and very accessible to the top of Main Street; about a 3-5 minute walk. The only thing that wasn't perfect about this stay was the mountain access with the littles. It's not as easy to navigate the walk to the town Trolley or Transit station with 3-5 kids in tow so keep in mind if you have kids under 10 who need to be at ski school by 9 since the Trolley did not start service until 10. Do yourself a favor and just rent the car to go to the mountain every day. We ended up using Uber a lot because it was faster and easier which was plentiful but got expensive. Other than that, our 12 day stay was perfect. I really loved being able to walk to Main Street for our adult nights out. Can't wait to go back one day without the kids ;) Also important to note, the owners were great and flexible! Sally was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. Beautiful home within easy walk to downtown

Very high quality construction and furnishings, appliances are top of the line and they must have hired a really good interior decorator. Rooms were, well, roomy and the kitchen / dining / living area brings everyone together. Some minor traffic noise (the house is right next to the road) so you might want ear plugs for sleeping. Location near downtown is really nice ... you can run down the hill to dinner and stumble back late at night without getting lost. Great place ... we'll be back!

very close to main street, a 2 minute walk! very accommodating and helpful owners. home looked brand new, maybe only 1 year old. sleeps plenty of people, great hot tub and location of it

Gorgeous Property

Beautiful Home. Impeccably clean and organized. Great location-in walking proximity to Park City. Owners are extremely gracious and helpful. Plenty of sleeping, cooking and eating space. Great home if you plan to be outdoors skiing, etc... a great deal. If you need space for family to sit, talk or watch a movie together (we had 6 adults), kitchen and dining area are great but living areas are a little small. Alot of stairs for elderly or people with small children but good separation of spaces for a couple of families with school age children or adults.
