Our home embodies the unique vision of Spanish-style architecture that emerged in Palm Springs in the early 1970s: stucco exteriors and Spanish tile roofs blended with midcentury interior design elements. Extensively remodeled a few years ago, this design-driven 3 bedroom 2 bath home accommodates 6 guests comfortably. It boasts a south-facing backyard with mountain views and a saltwater pool and spa. Soaring ceilings and an open layout in common areas make the home feel very spacious. Kitchen with 12-foot island and 6-burner BlueStar gas range. The tile floors are continuous throughout the home, a gas fireplace, and a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. Very Kid-friendly, close to amenities, and protected from harsh desert winds and airplane noise. The house was recently upgraded with Solar Panels and a Tesla EV charger.
We want to assure our current and future guests that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the sanitation of our home. We have enhanced our already high standard of cleanliness to protect our guests further. We standardly use bleach in all appropriate areas. We can also schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

Kid Friendly:
Our home was designed to accommodate young children and is equipped with a travel crib, high chair/booster, double stroller, stools, toys, books, and pool and sand toys. All beds have waterproof mattresses and pillow covers. The dining table, coffee table, and countertops are child-friendly (no need to worry about spills, scratches, etc). The couch is fully washable. Very few breakable items -- those that are present can easily be moved to higher positions. The yard is fully fenced with a padlock. A pool/spa child security fence is available upon request for an additional charge.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available 24/7 to assist and will try to respond promptly. We can be contacted by phone, text, and email.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. Four adult size Bicycles are available and one medium size for a child ages 8-12. Uber and cabs are also available.
Arriving and departing:
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. However, we are very willing to try to offer an early or late check-in at no additional cost if our schedule permits (for example if we don't have back-to-back bookings and can get the house cleaned in time). Please inquire in advance about an early check-in or late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Safety:
Hard-wired smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. First aid kit and fire extinguisher.
Other things to note:
Palm Springs has noise ordinances that are strictly enforced: 1) no amplified outdoor music at any time and 2) outdoor noise must be limited to a whisper after 10 PM. Our home is ideal for relaxation with family and friends but is not meant to be a party home. Special events like weddings are not allowed. We are registered as a vacation rental with the city of Palm Springs, ID#3303.
