Long weekend during Easter break

Great property. The amenities were fabulous - we used the bikes a lot. The house is a bike ride from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The backyard felt secluded and the hot tub was perfect. Everything was clean and they provided delicious coffee too! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Naples Gem

This rental could not have worked out more perfectly for my family. The owners were supreme hosts: super responsive leading up to and during our stay and helpful in making recommendations to local points of interest. The location was convenient to beaches, markets, restaurants and retail. It was also a beautiful neighborhood to walk and bike around in (we took advantage of the bikes included). We took day trips to Marco Island and Captiva and they were both within a 45-90-minute drive. The house itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed: ample tableware, cookware, towels, bikes, beach chairs, WiFi, cable, grill, lanais, hot tub, washer/dryer and beautiful backyard. It slept 8 people comfortably in the configurations we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Just Bring Swimsuits!

Our family of six stayed here for a Spring Break trip in March, 2025. The house was fantastic. It had all the items you would expect and need in a rental and many more you wouldn’t expect. The bikes, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were perfect for a day at the beach. We rode bikes to the beach some and drove some. It was easy to get there either way. You are also close to two great beach options with Vanderbilt and Delmar Wiggins State Park. We also took the kayaks and paddle board to the state park one day and enjoyed the opportunity to be on the water and see dolphins in the inlet. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and a little ice cream shop close by. The hot tub was roomy enough for our family and our kids enjoyed the hammocks in the evenings. We grilled burgers one day and had everything we needed for that as well. We’ve rented houses from Naples up the entire East Coast up to Cape Cod and this is the best rental experience we’ve had. The host was very responsive and helpful with a couple simple questions, but we rarely needed to reach out because the directions were simple and straightforward. I looked at many places for this trip, but our whole family was glad we chose this property. If you are looking for a great house, all the amenities, a great location, and awesome hosts, this is the spot for you.

Great Place!

The property was awesome! From the location to the cleanliness to the perfect layout of the home and backyard, property was as advertised. The property manager was fantastic as she was very responsive and made the stay very easy for me and my family. Will definitely look to stay again when in Naples.

Clean, well equipped and spacious

Our group included 4 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of space. The house was well appointed, clean and even better than the pictures. The back porch, yard and bar area were wonderful. We enjoyed the bikes, beach toys for the kids and cooler. Thanks for a great stay!
