Appartement agréable, bien équipé, situé dans un lieu calme et proche de la nature (parc , mer). L'exposition uniquement au soleil du matin lui permet de garder une certaine fraßcheur qui est trÚs appréciable en période de canicule.

TrÚs joli appartement entiÚrement refait avec goût et équipé à neuf. Idéalement situé dans la ville, dans une rue calme tout prés du parc de la Briantais. TrÚs bons contacts avec les propriétaires et la personne chargée de nous accueillir a été trÚs ponctuelle. Nous vous recommandons cette location !! Julien et Isabelle.

TrÚs bon moment passer dans cette appartement. Logement propre et convivial en centre ville, hÎte joignable au téléphone avec plein d informations sur la ville, le quartier et les visites. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous avons passé 3 nuits vraiment agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Die Raumaufteilung des Apartments ist ideal fĂŒr 2 Personen und wohnlich mit viel Stauraum. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und es fehlt an nichts. Gute und ruhige Lage fĂŒr die Erkundung von St. Malo und Umgebung. Sympathischer netter Vermieter. Kommunikation jederzeit schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig.

Loin de St-Malo et ses grandes plages

Jolie appartement, bien agencĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. IdĂ©al si vous recherchez l’éloignement des villes. ProblĂšme niveau insonorisation. Il faut la voiture pour absolument tout faire et ce n’est pas la micro-plage Ă  300m qui comble ce problĂšme ( de plus ou la baignade est interdite !). À Ă©viter avec des enfants en trĂšs bas Ăąges. Sinon trĂšs bon accueil, belle rĂ©gion et beau parc Ă  proximitĂ©

Un appartement agréable et confortable dans un magnifique cadre de verdure

Nous avons trouvé un appartement trÚs bien équipé confortable, lumineux et trÚs propre. L'accueil de Jennifer a été attentif et chaleureux aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Nous avons apprécié la superbe verdure qui nous entourait. Le parc de la Briantais est magnifique à visiter. L'appartement est trÚs bien placé pour la visite de Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan et Cancale. Nous avons apprécié les documentations mises à notre disposition pour les visites ainsi que les adresses gourmandes que nous avons testées. J'ajoute que l'appartement est trÚs calme. Je le conseille à tous les voyageurs aimant le confort et le calme.

Bel appartement, résidence tranquille

Bon accueil, durant lequel on nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur les choses à faire à St Malo et dans les environs. L'appartement est beau, situé au sud de Saint Malo à proximité du parc de la Briantais. Il est propre et bien équipé, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul bémol, le stationnement dans la rue, il y avait du monde le soir il fallait se garer à une ou deux rues.

Excellent séjour

Logement idĂ©alement situĂ© , au calme de la ville tout en Ă©tant proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s. Aussi bien la plage qui est Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied que d'un grand parc Ă  2 minutes. Appartement trĂšs propre et neuf ! Accueil trĂšs chaleureux de Line qui se montre trĂšs a l'Ă©coute des voyageurs. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Julien mais leur petites attentions par messages nous ont fait trĂšs plaisir. À recommander les yeux fermĂ©s !
