ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access and dock slip located along Marsh Hill Rd, across from the property, "Dreamers Overlook." Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that there is no direct parking area by the lake access point and the driveway for this home is very steep, so the walk up/down may be difficult for some.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. Great View

The view is outstanding. The property can be difficult to get to in bad weather (very steep driveway). The house has a great layout and has all the amenities listed, however it needs a good cleaning. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the last people who stayed in one of the bedrooms, the hot tub was gross, nobody has ever vacuumed between the couch cushions, and the bathrooms in general are a bit rough.

Needs cleaned

When I found this house, there were not many properties available. Something told me the pics were just too good to be true. Plus another reviewer said the house needed a good cleaning. So I actually contacted the Railey people to ask if they could make sure it would be clean especially the hot tub. They said of course it will be clean. Well, like another reviewer said, it needs a deep cleaning. Just clean the dang place! We had to pull out a couch cushion because a phone slipped in there and GROSS! So many crumbs and nasty stuff. The carpet in the basement feels a tad gross too. Not to mention the torn screens which look horrible. So the worst was trying to stand on the deck to enjoy the views and there’s so much garbage strewn around the property AND the deck. Cigarette butts, beer cans etc. so much trash around the hot tub it made it way less than desirable. All of the above - too bad because it is a cute place from the looks of the pictures and could be sweet if it were clean. Seriously expensive few days to end up leaving a night early. Did I say already that it needs cleaned?
