Unfortunately, it rained during our entire stay. The hosts made sure the hot tub was nice and clean and we enjoyed it. We also hiked many of the local trails and waterfalls. We would stay at the cabin again. Thanks!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. The cabin is absolutely adorable with a ton of amenities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

My mom and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this cute cottage! The cottage was clean and welcoming and the gardens were so whimsical and fun! The house and yard are stocked with activities and we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, as well as taking in the beautiful view from the dock chairs. Hopefully we’ll have a chance to visit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Owls Nest. The house is very small but perfect for couples or a family with small children. It was very private and quiet. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and dock for kayaking and swimming. The owners were very nice and responsive to questions. We would love to come back!

This is a storybook property. If you have kids, they will love it. If it's just adults, it will still delight you.It's like Dave and Pearl anticipate what you will enjoy and make it easy.I would love to tell you more, but I feel like it ruins the surprise. Have no doubt, just book and enjoy.

We made our fourth visit to this property; we've fallen completely in love with this corner of Deep Creek Lake. We love to swim, and the deep water dock area is perfect for diving into this pristine water, but also for sitting in the chairs and watching the day go by. We also love to cook on our vacations, and the kitchen has every pot and pan and tool we've ever looked for. (The dishwasher is tiny but helpful, and the sink is large. The cozy seating areas both indoors and out are perfect for reading, talking, and sometimes napping, and hot tub are a nice bonus. The hosts are warm: perfectly helpful if there's ever a question or a need. We don't come every year, but it's firmly in our list of favorite places to retreat and relax.

We cannot recommend this listing enough! So many accommodations and activities to do, it honestly felt like an oasis that we never had to leave for our 4 day stay with our two young kids!!! The kids absolutely loved all the outdoor fun but also enjoyed the puzzles and activities inside. At night it was so so nice for us to enjoy the hot tub and sauna and have our own relaxing time. We cannot wait to go back, it was so relaxing!

Very clean, comfortable bed, cozy interior. We fully enjoyed our stay and all the fun anemities. Dave and Pearle set us up with everything we needed including guides to area sites to see! The grounds are so charming and takes you back to your childhood! Absolutely will visit Owls Nest again!

This was our 3rd time staying in the Owls Nest Cabin and once again it was a wonderful experience. The cabin is so cozy and the perfect size for our family of 4. We spent a good amount of time relaxing on the dock and enjoying the many outdoor activities. The hosts are so kind and answer questions almost immediately. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and we hope to come again!
