We appreciate your repeat patronage; Sandpiper is the type of place that guests love to come to, year after year. As Sandpiper is so popular, it's easy to understand that Saturdays in the height of the summer are very big turnaround days. While we love getting all of our guests in by 3, it is not uncommon for a turnaround to not be ready until closer to 5. As such, it's always best to wait on getting groceries until after the condo is ready. We regret that you felt the need to sit out in the sun, waiting for the check in confirmation; many people like to make plans with fun things to do while waiting, such as getting in the pool, going out to the beach, or grabbing a bite to eat at a favorite restaurant. We regret the confusion in pest control dates. Fortunately, the date posted publicly was accurate, and you helped us catch the mistake just 55 minutes after the incorrect text, which shouldn't have caused a disruption of planned activities. Thank you for making us aware of the ironing board; when we contacted you the day after your arrival, we asked to be told of any issues that needed addressing, and we certainly would have fixed or replaced it immediately; we will do so now. We hope that you will return to the Sandpiper and again rent a unit of your own.
