We are the Scott’s; we own and manage our 9 properties on St. John all under the brand “St John Resort Villas”, ranging from a secluded studio cottage to an ultra-luxury 7-bedroom villa high atop exclusive Peter Bay on the North Shore. With our dedicated staff, you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever!! In addition, we offer rental vehicles-you can pick the car/s of your choice on our website after you book, and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive at your vacation property, keys in the kitchen. Also, land/sea transfers from airport to villa and day or sunset excursions aboard our top-model Aquila Catamaran. It's equipped with the latest foil technology for a super-fast, very smooth ride.
We offer service and convenience as you’ve never experienced before on the island!!

The Palms Villa is directly on the sandy beach and steps to the sea.
See, Feel, Hear & Experience the Ocean.
No Stairs or hills; this is a level property, perfect for those that are physically impaired, in wheel chairs, or very young children.

Cruz Bay Town is only about a 5-minute drive and the grocery stores are within a few minutes drive.

Totally renovated, original artwork from around the world, professionally landscaped and directly on the beach with kayaks, stand-up paddle boards & snorkeling gear. Life Jackets in various sizes are available also. The sea is very calm, great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. Frequently seen are large sea turtles.

The Palms consists of 2 attached villas each with separate entrances and patios. They each have 3 king bedrooms (Largest king bedroom has sleeper sofa full size with foam mattress) All the bedrooms are en suite, there is a separate powder room off the foyer. Each unit is over 3000 sq feet for a total of over 6000 sq feet. It is a perfect for 2 or more families that want to travel together but want a little separation, or one large multi- generational family with adults in one unit and younger adults/ kids in the other unit, the possibilities are endless. Each of The Palms units can also be rented separately.

*We offer luxury transfers from the airport beachfront to the villa on our luxury motor catamaran equipped with the latest foil technology for a super fast, very smooth ride.

*Book a day or sunset charter on our brand-new, top-model luxury Aquila 36 catamaran with our captain. Our boat is fast, equipped with the latest foil technology. We go to the British Virgin Islands,
or enjoy beach hopping, Lovango Cay, Lime Out....

Super place. Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. The place was spotless. Beach was great. Had snorkel equipment, kayaks, and paddle boards. The place really had everything you could possibly need. Supermarket right down the road. Restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay

Loved the property and being right in the water. Property managers connected us with amazing taxi drivers who took us around the island to different locations everyday! Property was clean and a great amount of space for a family of 6 (on one side) and a family of 7 on the other side. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Anniversary Celebration

We celebrated a 5 year anniversary with children, spouses, and grandchildren. This location was perfect for our group ages 66 to 2 months! We highly recommend the sea and land transfer service offered and car rental through them as well. It made getting around the island easy and our arrival and departure went very smoothly!

Wonderful water front home

My family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our week in St John. The villas were an excellent base and being water front on Chocolate Hole was a real highlight. The snorkeling right outside the door was literally among the best we experienced all week. Service and communication with Will was great as well. We even took two boat charters with Will on the trip. Great time all around!

Our family gathering

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms to celebrate a retirement. The owners have thought of everything in supplying the properties for water and beach activities! The villas were immaculate when we arrived, and the service was always prompt and courteous. A great place to stay.

Our Best Vacation Yet On St John Was Here!

We are two families with kids that love to travel each year to St John. The Palms Villa was the perfect accommodation; the location is spectacular, we loved being on the beach and so close to Cruz Bay Town. The villas were perfect for 2 families who want time together and apart!! It was so wonderful to be able to sunbathe on the beach with our villa right there; no packing up and driving; snack and lunch when we wanted, this was heaven!!! We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and loved playing corn hole toss. The villas exceeded our expectations!They are furnished and beautifully decorated with gorgeous art work! This is our new destination on St John, we're already planning our stay here for next year. Thank you to the wonderful owners and property managers!

Yes, that is a lot of villas on the island; it genuinely attests to our love of St John!! We love the quiet calm and natural beauty of the island!! It's a very special place with an enchanting town, gentle green hillsides, and crystal clear, turquoise blue tropical water.

We first started coming to the island as a couple in 2011 and rented various accommodations. After many frequent trips to the island, we decided that it's time to buy our own place; somewhere we can call home and that would encompass what we loved about our frequent stays. Waterfront, directly on the water was what we both loved and that was our number one criterion when searching. We saw Lime in de Coconut Villa advertised and immediately fell in love with it and bought it right then. All our family love the island and at our family gatherings, there's always a great story or fabulous memory shared. It's everyone's favorite place to vacation!! St. John is a magical piece of this earth full of amazing blessings from God and nature. We loved the villa so much that we got married at Lime In De Coconut in 2017!

In renting our villa we found that all of our guests loved the villa and we kept hearing time and time again it was there best ever vacation. It was from this that we decided to expand this into a little business and started to look for the perfect properties on St. john. We want all our guests to Love St John and have the best vacation possible as we do. We know you will catch the feel good vibes of the island and our villas too! This is our escape from reality-haaaa!!

Come on down have some fun and relaxation and when done take away memories of a life!
