Great for insurance claims, relocation or longer stays. Fantastic location close to many amenities. Very close to Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey and New Westminster as well as Hwy 1.

Grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of shopping only a few blocks away.

Quiet residential neighborhood very bright home with large windows.

Modern one bedroom suite, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and quartz countertops. In suite clothes washer/ dryer.

Queen bed in the bedroom, with additional double sofa bed for additional guests or children.

Comfy place in a great location

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The kitchen especially had everything I needed and the in-unit washer/dryer was great. The neighborhood is very walkable with close access to several nice parks. I would stay here again.

Very good stay.

Jennifer provided all necessary information quickly and all queries were answered promptly. We found the place to be very clean and tidy. Jennifer also provided milk for the coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped with various utensils and also oil and basic spices. It is a residential neighborhood and very quiet. Bus lines 153 and 156 are one block away and take you to the skyline Braid station.

Enjoyable stay

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Jennifer is a sweetheart to deal with! She is very responsive, kind and helpful with any questions I had. The place gives a very cozy feel!

Very nice place.

Very nice place, small, good for a couple or one person. Wasn't really pleased about having to walk up the very steep driveway that no one used, until the last 3 days of the month I stayed. But nice people. Quite expensive in comparison to other places I found out later.

Home away from home

Host was very helpful, nice and easy to contact. Place was very homey. Nice, comfortable suite to come home to at the end of the day. Host provided all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Thanks!
