The property is a great little find in a very good area. Our experience however was compromised by the fact that we found the hot spa not working at check in on a Friday. Host responded quickly but when they came was only told that they will need to have “the guy” come and check it out on Monday. Doesn’t help much when we check out Monday. I understand the situation as far as things happen but the value of our stay was diminished by the fact that this amenity was not available for us. Obviously when staying in Key West you will do a lot of walking and time outside and the hit tub was a deciding factor for choosing this location. A concession should be offered.Other features worth mentioning are a great A/C unit and fan. Both were amazing to escape the heat. Overall it is a good place to stay and hope that with a repaired hot tub will be a great place and great value to others who choose to stay there.

Was an amazing place to stay. This was our first time in Key West. Host was beyond responsive and accommodating. The property was spotless inside and out. This was also our first time using Vrbo and will definitely use again. I highly recommend this place to stay as it is walking distance to everything.

Had some issues. Had a dust pan but no broom. No pot holders so had to use two wash clothes instead and there were only 4 to begin with for a 4 night stay, No pans to cook in except one small one with no handle. No shelves in the bathroom to put stuff. Inappropriate picture in the bathroom could offend some people. I liked that the outdoor grill had a side burner which was used a lot. Didn't use the hot tub at all because the chlorine smell was so intense it would burn your eyes.

The location of the unit was perfect for us. It was within easy walking distance of everything that was needed. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked to be very nice. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with our various needs. The only thing that would have made our stay any more comfortable was having a chair in the room. The only place to relax was the bed and that got a little uncomfortable after 5 days! This was probably our last trip to Key West and it certainly was memorable!

Great location and great stay! We traveled in March when it wasn't too hot. Weather was a perfect low 80's during the day and cooled off just enough to enjoy the hot tub at night.

Anniversary Trip

We were married in Key West in 2007 and this is where we stayed! We have tried several times to rebook but this was the first time it was available. Brought back so many good memories. Great location to walk to anything but also great place to just hang out together and chill. Hope to rent again on another anniversary.

Went to key west for our anniversary. Couldn’t be happier with the accommodation. The representatives made sure we were comfy and if we needed anything at all they were ready and willing to help. Everything on the lower half of key west was within walking distance. We’re definitely booking this again!!!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

My wife and I decided to get away over Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed here Thanksgiving Day through Sunday. This property truly did exceed our expecations. It was exactly as described and the location puts you just a block away from Duvall Street and all of the action. This little bungalow is also set back away for the street so we experienced no noise nuisances despite being near the bars. This property is within walking distance to virtually all of the main "tourist stops" in Key West (Duvall Street, Hemingway's Estate, Southern Most Point, Little White House, etc.). We highly recommend this property if you're looking to experience Key West as a couple.

It worked

Nice private spot. Loved it! Bed was a little hard. They only left two rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay for 2 people. Forget the laundry machines unless you like chicken poop on top and debris in the machines.

Hi Michelle! I am glad you like the location! I am sorry you experienced our local wildlife in that way! Our team would have been more than happy to bring extra toilet paper, clean up the laundry machines and get rid of any debris had we gotten some communication of the issue from you. I hope you come and stay with us again we would love to have you again in the future! One of One

Review

Very good. A little noisy but that's to be expected a block off Duval St and if you shut the doors you can't hear anything. Loved having a Keurig but for some reason there was only 1 coffee cup Could have used a table inside and some more places to hang things in the bathroom but we were very happy with the place.
