Beautiful white sandy beaches are waiting for you at Romar Beach, a colorful, beachside, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in Orange Beach, Alabama. No crossing the busy street to get to the beautiful white sandy beaches and the waves of the Gulf of Mexico!

This tropical condo is decorated with bright, tropical colors and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The master bedroom has a king-size Beautyrest mattress, while the second bedroom has full size Beautyrest. The queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the den sleeps two and is really comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals from the Gulf or your favorite recipes from back home. This condo has 3 cable televisions, DVD, central air, microwave, fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, and a washer and dryer.

Romar Beach is a beautiful complex with a family-oriented atmosphere and only 48 units. With a wide stretch of beautiful, white, sandy beach, there is plenty of room for you! The beachfront HEATED POOL is waiting for you to enjoy. The adjoining sundeck has grills, picnic tables and restrooms. Padded beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. An elevator and luggage cart make check-in a breeze. Parking is covered underneath the complex.

This complex is located just minutes from Gulf Shores in one direction and the Alabama-Florida line in the other and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, outlet shopping, golf, state parks, and amusement

This condo is a short walk from the pool AND beach. I took my kids to Orange beach for their annual birthday trip. We all had a great time. The host was such a great guy. He stayed in communication in case we needed anything and was very helpful with favorite food places!

Just a short getaway.

The place was very clean and everything worked washer dryer dishwasher. The location was right in the middle of everything. Didn't have to travel far to get to food or stores. Very Short walk to the beach from our unit. I would recommend this unit. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room.

Beautiful condo! Very clean, comfy beds, newer appliances, and perfect location! The pool was heated and always clean! Right on the beach. Nice area for families. Our family would definitely rent this unit again! The owner was excellent with communication and so kind!! Wonderful week 😊

Fun beach getaway

Property was just as described. Nice and clean. Building was in good location, and neighbors were quiet and courteous. Property manager checked in on us to be sure everything was okay. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

This is our second year at Romar Beach Condos. We love it, it's our little slice of heaven for 6 weeks. There was new living room furniture, that made the condo look even better. The location is great. A few blocks from Gulf Shores State Park trail heads and of course the beach is wonderful. Great restaurants in the area and entertainment. Wallace is a great guy to work with. We hope to go again next year.

Excellent Experience For Hangout Music Fest

We had an excellent experience during our stay during the Hangout music festival. Wallace was very on top of things and stayed in constant communication whenever we had questions. The condo was clean and very well-maintained, and we had plenty of room for our party of 6. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back next year!

A friend and I zipped to the beach for a 3 night stay and this condo was a perfect little place! Very nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen. The location is great! Its an older complex, but for 1 or 2 people, its all you need. Keep in mind this unit is not beachfront, but if you are on the beach till 6 or later like us, its not that important! Wallace was a pleasure to work with as well!

It was a beautiful place , super clean and updated. Beautiful layout and easy to navigate, love parking under the units , shade purposes. The owner is super nice and and check on us a few times. No problems with anything and he has updated appliances if needed to use. One of the cleanest spaces as well as king bed was very comfortable which I can’t hardly find Great for small family, easy access to beach. Worth every penny.

We throughly enjoyed our quick get away at Romar Beach 115. The impeccable cleanliness of not only the condo itself, but the entire property is a 10/10!! The pool, picnic/grilling area, and the beach access bathrooms were very well maintained and pleasant to access. We were pleasantly surprised by the "little extras" inside the unit....the combo Keurig Pod/Coffee pot along with exceptionally nice linens not normally found in rental units along with a fully stocked kitchen make this one perfect for those that like to cook in on some nights. We highly recommend this unit and will be back again!

Resent Trip

The inside of the property was wonderful. However, the parking lot was terrible. The parking lot was flooded so bad we had to carry the kids to and from the condo. At one point we thought we were going to have to leave because our vehicle was going to flood. Someone said that it has been like that for 30 years. So I feel like something should be said when reservations are made.

Fall Break Family Fumm

My family of four was lucky enough to book a stay at this cute and quaint condo for Fall break. It was just right us. The condo is in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and activities away from the beach if needed. It is newly renovated with very nice furniture. Beds were comfortable. This unit sits closest to the road but you still have a beach view from the nice sized patio. The walk to the beach is shorter than most high rise complexes that we have stayed at in the area. The beach area for the complex has chairs for rent which is a nice perk. One less thing to pack. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. We will definitely return for another visit at Romar Beach Condo!

Clean, Cute, and Close to Water!

My teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay! The condo is very clean and has everything you’ll need to be comfortable. And we did not have any issues with parking or the parking lot. No water. The location is perfect with many restaurants in walking distance and very close to the State Park too! The building is right on the water so it is nice to have just a short walk over the bridge to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach and you can walk down the beach to get ice cream at the State Park if you are up for a walk! Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. We had a few questions before our stay that were quickly answered by email and a couple of questions upon our arrival that were immediately answered by text. Great condo and great experience!

Couldn't ask for a better host!

Wallace is an amazing host! Between us getting Covid and the hurricane that hit in September our July 2020 trip didn't happen until May 2021, but it was definitely worth keeping our plans. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished, had everything we needed for our stay away from home. I highly recommend this property and it's host.

Lovely vacation home

We had a great vacation! Kids enjoyed the beach and property was very conveniently located within a short walk to the beach without crossing any roads. Decor was lovely and homey beds were really comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Kids loved the fish decorated bedroom, I really enjoyed all the original beach art and collectable rattan pieces. Water was amazing, sand white and clean. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

Romar Beach is a great family place. The beach is never over crowded. Plenty of room. You can enjoy the salt water pool as well as the grilling and picnic ares.. the condo is fully stocked, just like home. Grocery stores are within a mile from the condo. Restaurants of all kind are everywhere.. plenty of amusements for the whole family. Great to spend a vacation at the beach and not be cramped up in a hotel room..full size condo for less than a hotel. Go figure!!!
