Romar Beach Condominiums is located just inside Orange Beach, AL situated beachside on a quiet stretch of sugar white sand and is a smoke free complex.

Sleeps up to 6

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including washer/dryer for your convenience.

The living room has large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player
and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a flat screen TV and queen bed.

The dining area seats six.

Balcony has seating available.

Wifi available.

Outdoor pool located beachside with restroom access.

Covered sitting/picnic area with grills.

Chairs and umbrella are available for rent on the beach.

Condo is located on the 3rd floor next to the elevator.

Guest required to purchase parking passes $25/pass- limit 2 (included in your fees) SHADED PARKING!! (No Hot Car!!)

We stayed at Romar a few years ago and loved the location and size of the building. On the beach, covered parking, and not a high rise. This was our first time in this unit and it was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, and well stcked kitchen.

Location, location, location!

Everything about the condo was perfect for our fall break vacation in early October! The proximity to the beach, to the outdoor pool, and to the local attractions was ideal for us. The convenience of the elevator just a few steps from the front door and the provided carts for our luggage was a life-savor - no need to carry suitcases up three flights of stairs! We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This Condo was perfect for my family. Great Location for a great price. It was super clean. The A/C unit worked great too…kept the Condo really cold! We’ll definitely try to rent from this same unit again if we ever go back to Gulf Shores.

Growing up in Tuscaloosa and then living in Birmingham after we married, we have many fond memories of family vacations in Orange Beach. As kids ourselves with our parents, then bringing our own kids year after year and finally family vacations with our grandchildren. Every year as we would drive up and down the boulevard I would say how much I would love to have a place on the beach and finally we made my dream come true. We look forward to creating more memories with our family and we hope you will choose our condo for your own family memories. We chose the name SandCastle 5 for our "Happy Place" because of all the sand castles our kids and grandkids have made over the years on these beaches and 5 for our five grandchildren that we are blessed with. Let your memories begin!

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it is quiet and family friendly with a great beach area yet close to fantastic restaurants, shopping centers, souvenir shops, putt-putt golf, arcades, and the new Publix shopping center. Check out the new OWA amusement park and Waterville in Gulf Shores. Rent a bike across the street and enjoy the miles of bike trails in Gulf State Park. Charter boat fishing is available a short drive away.
Almost forgot to mention - the fresh seafood store directly across the highway from the condo. Walk across the street, pick up your dinner and enjoy relaxed in your condo. No waiting in long restaurant lines.

What makes this property unique

Smaller family friendly complex. You don't have to deal with hundreds of other families also trying to get on the elevators and find parking. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Convenient to any kind of entertainment you may be looking for from simply shopping, biking, putt putt golf to amusement parks or big name entertainment concerts during the year.
