Our Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has been thoughtfully restored to blend in seamlessly to one Toronto's most desirable neighborhoods.
The long front porch with comfy sectional is a spot you can relax and enjoy the view.
Once inside you are invited into the family room and it opens up to an oversized modern and bright dining area. Perfect for cooking and enjoying company. One of our special features about this home is the extra breakfast dining area that opens up to the back of the house. You can also use this as a desk office area. It has lots of natural light and their is a washroom just off to the side. You can step outside to the backyard which has a spacious deck and outdoor dining area and overlooks a sprawling green garden.
Once upstairs you'll see the all the bedrooms are spacious, bright and cozy. There are two bathrooms upstairs, a beautiful 3 piece glass shower and also 4 piece bathroom, perfect for families with children. There is also brand new laundry units upstairs for added convenience.
