Sandy Shores 401 Gulf Front Corner Condo

401 is a newly painted one bedroom/one bath room gulf front condo located in Sandy Shores on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida. The living room opens out to the private balcony which over-looks the pool area, beach and Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless- steel appliances. The cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo.

As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos.

Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor.

One assigned parking spot is available for this unit.

We have stayed here twice in 3 years because of the great location, view, and amenities. This unit is very affordable and comfortably supports a family of four. The other tennants were fun to interact with. My favorite part of this unit is the balcony. With that said I don't think we will stay here again because it was dirty. The carpets were wrecked, corners were scuzzy, fixtures were dusty. My 1yo son's knees were black after crawling on the floor. On a positive note, we were able to teach him how to walk by the end of our stay...

perfect location

We loved our stay and could watch dolphins from out balcony and walked across road to Johns Pass. The carpet was not the cleanest and bathroom wasn't the cleanest either but it was a very nice place. Beach was nice also.

Beach Vacation

Location is perfect! Love the access to the beach and John's Pass restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping. Bathroom needs some TLC and perhaps more attention to cleaning in the shower and bedroom.

Great location!

Everything is in walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony was incredible. We saw dolphins every morning and the sunset every evening.

Great place to stay! Great view of the gulf and sunsets. Convenient location. Literally don’t have to drive anywhere with all the shops and restaurants across the street. I would recommend and stay again!

Beach condo near all amenities

We have stayed in this location before and love the area. We were aware that the condo was/is a bit tired, but willing to accept that given the great views and location it is in, with wonderful gulf views.
