The Hoffmann Vacation Rental B&B is an entire house rental located in Historical Chappell Hill, Texas. The 1600 sq ft farmhouse has a full kitchen, large living room, laundry room with washer and dryer, outdoor patio area with grill, sit back and watch the cows grazing in the pasture, beautiful views and star gazing that you can see for miles.
The Hoffmann’s Farm offers accommodation in Historical Chappell Hill, Texas
During the 1800 hundreds the Hoffmann family came to Chappell Hill from Germany, they settled here and made a wonderful life for their family.
The Hoffmann's farm has cattle and
during hay season, round bails are made to feed the cattle.
Entire House Rental - one room or three rooms perfect for couples, groups or even a retreat.
*Rental is according to quantity of guest.
A continental Breakfast is provided for a self-serve at your leisure with a (2 night minimum stays)
Last minute booking (24 hrs in advance)
Full payment is required at time of booking

As for the B&B the idea came to my husband ( Johnnie Hoffmann Jr. ) and I after his parents passed as they didn't want the house sold so in 2014 we opened
The Hoffmann Vacation Rental Bed & Breakfast. Its located in Historical Chappell Hill, Texas a small country town and a small community. It is a perfect country getaway after a long hard work week.
The best part about having a Bed & Breakfast is getting ready for my guest and the anticipation of greeting and meeting them and striving to make them feel safe and comfortable.

April -- Bluebonnet Festival
Oct -- The Scarecrow Festival
March - April -- Round Top Antique Show & Antique Week
Oct -- Fall Antique Week
