Ideal for vacation rentals, this luxury 1 bedroom condo unit is a stunning home base from which to explore all Fort Lauderdale has to offer. With the soothing colors of the sea, the living room offers a comfy sofa with built-in chaise and two arm chairs. An HDTV offers hours of entertainment and high-speed WiFi makes streaming all your favorite shows and movies a breeze. The sleek and modern kitchen provides everything needed to create either a simple snack or a complete culinary masterpiece. With stainless steel appliances, and generous work and storage space, it will be a joy to utilize this space. For the best seat in the house, pull up a chair at the dining table for 4 directly in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. From there, step out onto your own private balcony with sweeping views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline. Here is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, your or evening favorite beverage. A separate den is a perfect spot to grab a few quiet moments alone with your favorite book or mobile device.

The tranquil blue and white tones of the master bedroom promote luxurious and restful slumber in the queen-size bed with highest quality linens. Catch your favorite late-night talk show on the flat-screen TV. A spa bath is a truly decadent treat, with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in shower.

Enjoy a taste of Latin-fusion cuisine at the newly opened Casa Playa restaurant, now on-site at Tiffany House Condominium!

Dogs welcome with a pet fee of $250. You must notify the company if your dog will be accompanying you.

House Rules:

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

🔹The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
🔹No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
🔹This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 28 nights or more, the fee is waived.
🔹There will be no discounts or compensation if any changes in the amenities of the building, closures of pools etc occurs.
🔹We kindly request your assistance in providing your email address and phone number for the purpose of enabling mobile key access and completing building registration. Lack of a complete building registration 72 hours before the check-in date or refusing the use of the app will result in denied access to the condominium as per their policies.

Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.

Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Pest Control:
Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. ​​​​​​​

Really enjoyed our stay here. Just as shown and described in listing. Great location. We were close to the beach and everything we needed to go to the beach was supplied. Close to lots of good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Another wonderful stay!

The only reason we don't want to leave a 5 star rating is because we don't want future guests to reserve the unit when we want to stay again. :) In all seriousness, our unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. It was just like we were in our own house during a beach vacation. Archie and Melanie were extremely helpful prior to booking. We did not meed anything throughout our stay since everything was perfect. However, if we needed something, we are confident it would have been addressed. Though, we did reach out about a late checkout and it was granted for a reasonable fee. This provided us another half day on the beach. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Newman hospitality.

Everything was great with the exception of our check in. We arrived at 1:00am and the front desk attendant did not have our reservation or any of our paperwork. She contacted the management company and they worked it out fairly quickly. It wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been so late though. Aside from that, the unit was great. Service was excellent and the location was as well.
