Welcome to your lakeside haven!



This two-story retreat accommodates up to six guests (or seven with the ottoman bed). Upstairs, indulge in lake and mountain views from the master bedroom's queen bed, while a second bedroom offers two singles with a small deck, and a bathroom. Downstairs, another queen bedroom awaits, along with a second bathroom and a separate toilet for added convenience.



Relax in style with quality furnishings, a cozy log fire, and a heat pump ensuring year-round comfort. Stay entertained with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with laundry facilities for added convenience.



Park your car or store bikes/equipment in the lockable garage, while the secured property and fully fenced private garden offer peace of mind to let your little ones run around. You're welcome to use the BBQ, just a friendly reminder that it's provided 'as is,' as it isn't part of our cleaner's regular schedule. Thank you for understanding!



There are two Foursquare supermarkets within walking distance of the house. A nearby cafe for your early morning fix, and The Brantry restaurant are just down the road. On Sundays you are a short walk away from the local market on the lakefront.

No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

Interaction with Guests:

We have a key box and will provide the pin number three days before your check-in date.
