Upstairs, you'll find:
-A master bedroom with a queen slat bed, TV, and tranquil bush views.
-A second double bedroom boasting stunning views of the lake and mountains.
-A light-filled lounge with a TV, a charming log fire that heats the entire house, plus additional radiator heaters and fans for year-round comfort.
-Electric blankets on most beds during winter for a toasty night's sleep.

Downstairs features:
-A second living area with a queen slat bed, a couch, and dining table.
-A TV and a collection of DVDs to keep everyone entertained.
-A kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster, and jug.
-A cozy bunk room, perfect for the kids.
-A second bathroom.

Nature, Views, and Outdoor Living:
-Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Mt Tarawera, Lake Tarawera, and the surrounding native bush from the deck, kitchen/family room area, and lounge.
-Watch stunning sunrises and sunsets, and spot local wildlife like tui, kererū, fantails, quail, and the occasional curious rabbit.
-The large, unfenced section offers plenty of space for kids to run, play, pitch a tent, or park a boat.

We love pets too – but please check with us first before bringing your furry friend. If approved, we kindly ask:
-No pets on furniture or beds.
-All toileting done outside.
-Clean up after your pet before you leave.
