Coral Sands | Beach Front, Pool, Views for days!

Designer furnishings throughout, 2800 sq. ft. of living space, 10 ft ceilings, and the great room has a beautiful 16 ft. vaulted ceilings. The two 12 ft sliding doors offer expansive views of the Gulf. The spacious gourmet kitchen has quartz counters with a quartz island, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space, and a walk in pantry. Between the kitchen and the great room there is a wet bar with a beverage fridge. The two primary suites face the Gulf. Each primary has a private bath, with separate walk-in tiled showers. Both ensuite primary bedrooms have comfy king beds. Bedroom three has two queen beds and a private bath (shower/tub combo), The fourth bedroom has a two full/twin bunk sets. The decks facing the gulf are awesome and are only steps away from the water, the larger covered deck is about 700 sq. ft. The uncovered lower deck also has a pool!!!! $115 pool heating fee. Parking for 5 cars

The property was beautiful and wonderfully appointed. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. I've stayed in several vacation homes and this one had the most well stocked kitchen. We loved the privacy of the beach and lack of crowds. The pool was the perfect size and a great option when the kids needed a break from the ocean. Overall it was an amazing week!

Thanksgiving with family

Coral Sands was the perfect gathering spot for our family! Cousins playing on the beach and in the heated pool filled the too short days. The large open kitchen made meal preps and visiting a breeze. Hope to come back again soon!

Best place I’ve been to yet

I travel often. I’ve been to multiple properties using all different booking apps/traveling agents etc. This property location and the pool on the deck, I might be done trying anything else for the trips with our kids. It was nothing short of perfect for us. Beach was so peaceful and quiet also, not crowded like other places. Our own little short lived paradise!

Location of steps to beach and private pool, were excellent. Very roomy and lots of storage. Kitchen was well equipped, except bring your own paper goods for there and bathroom. There is enough to get you started. Only downside was many areas could use a deep cleaning, especially the washer.

Everything about this house was as good or better than expected. It was spotless and perfect in everyway. I have had multiple freinds and family ask for the lusting after seeing our pictures on social media.

Dauphin Island

Great experience, only a couple minor house repair issues that didn’t affect our overall experience but could be fixed. We did not expect to see the amount of wildlife that we saw. Dolphins, crabs, rays, fish, birds, of all kinds. Great place for kids and adults alike. We will definitely be going back within the next 2 years.

Amazing!

Great location! Great house and beach!!! Beautiful home with lots of space. The pool is a great size and the house literally sits on the beach. Dauphin Island is a very low key area with just a few restaurants and shops. We loved the simplicity of the area but if you need to be entertained then it may not be for you. We fell in love! Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend house and area!

Annual family trip…we wanted a beach trip but not a crowded Orange Beach / Gulf Shores experience. Discovered Dauphin Island and chose this property. I was hoping it would be as nice as the pictures and it was 😎 walked off the pool deck to the sand…private beach in front of the house. NOT crowded just perfect area for relaxing. 1st trip to Dauphin Island but not the last; so many adventures. A week was just perfect .

Everything was perfect

Everything was absolutely amazing! Already planning to book another trip for next year. The kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are pristine. Beds were super comfy. The pool and beach views truly made this house even more special. IF I had to say anything negative would be to match all the lighting in the house to warm lighting. Otherwise, 10/10 recommend!

Amazing family vacation but…

Management was great with communication. We were running behind our expected arrival and they had the keys waiting in a lock box for us to pick up. The house was the perfect layout for 2 families— 2 masters and 2 bedrooms. The house is in a great location, right on the ocean. Upon arrival we noticed some issues with the floors. There were multiple soft spots and a lot of pieces of flooring were taped down with clear packing tape. It of course didn’t affect our vacation, however, when spending as much money as we did to rent a house for Christmas, I am expecting not to feel like I’m going to step through the floor. We paid the extra to have to pool heat turned on and I feel like it was a pretty reasonable cost to be able to have the kiddos not freeze while swimming. There were tons of books available for reading, games/ puzzles, and a huge deck box full of sand/pool toys! The deck was great for our large family and had a separate part for the pool with a gate. There are pool alarms on both sliding doors… that fell off multiple times in the night setting off the alarms and waking up our small baby and toddler. If they aren’t needed for insurance purposes they are quite a pain in the you know what. There were other minor things— pots/pans could use replacing, one of the door handles kept falling off, and a sliding door didn’t lock. Overall, the house was the perfect layout for our 2 families to share for an amazing Christmas vacation!!

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on the floors and will have them repaired soon. This is the second time we have had to repair them. The LVP that they used in several new homes on the beach is getting moisture trapped under them, and causing major issues for many homes. Because you can not see the issue, it starts to happen really quickly and then there is a soft spot. We would have moved you to a different property but it was a busy week and we did not have options comparable to the home you picked. Regarding the tape, that was done by the guest before you and housekeeping was confused and did not remove it. We absolutely did not place that tape on the rugs/floors, and it was quite difficult to remove it! So sorry about that.
